Inside, this beach-themed home features an open layout with plenty of space to spread out. Easily cook meals like you never left home in the well-equipped, full kitchen, which offers plenty of amenities to make your stay a breeze, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup.
And for an additional fee, you and your guests will also have access to a host of Sea Isle amenities including a seasonal pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day), boat ramp, fishing pier, playground, and year-round tennis courts.

Access to these amenities requires an added on-site fee of $100/week for up to eight people (rates are subject to change).
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

We loved the beach house, it was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and the kids loved being on the canal. We were able to catch crabs throughout the day. It’s a short boat ride or car ride to the marina and all it has to offer. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.

We loved the property and really enjoyed being on the bayside of the island. It was the first "vacation" for our rescue dog Ginger. She sends you 5 paws!!!

Like the convenient location to the fishing pier. The elevator helps move luggage to second floor. Enough utensils and cooking ware pluse a grill with propane.

This is our 3rd stay at this property. We enjoy everything Sea Isle has to offer. We frequent the pier, restaurant, bait shop and general store. The beach is a few blocks away as well. We love kayaking and fishing in the marsh and this house is perfect for those activities. We appreciate that this home has 2 full bathrooms in the home. I am sure we will have another stay at this property!

This was our third time renting this home…. This time the home was not clean, marks on walls stuff under furniture dryer sheets in the floor. We have fished off the fishing pier the last 2 times we stayed here and the new owner wouldn’t alllow us even tho it’s still says in the add we could access the pier. On the deck boards are coming up nails sticking out we have rented this home 3 times and this time was definitely our last! This was also our first time booking with Vacasa and it’s our last!!

First thing we really liked about this house was how good the a/c system worked and it was nice and clean, we were surprised that there was an outdoor grill and shower I didn’t remember seeing it listed as one of amenity’s. It also has an outdoor elevator which we used to take our luggage and groceries up stairs and was very helpful and easier than lugging everything up by hand. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and if you’re reading this review I would recommend bringing your own spices for cooking and extra trash bags if you plan on cooking at the house. Because there’s not even salt and pepper shakers . One thing I would improve on is leaving better instructions on what the keys are for that are hanging next to the front door. I’m assuming it was keys for the pool and maybe the fishing pier? I didn’t want to drive all the way to the pool and test it out and then be wrong lol.

We have rented canal houses and beach houses for over 25 years -this is the cleanest of all of them! We really enjoyed the house, both inside and out. Cleanliness ✔️ location ✔️ easy check in ✔️ access to water✔️ beach access✔️ pier access ✔️Fishing - not so much too hot! We will be returning.

This is our second stay at this property. Although the home is now flanked by 2 larger homes, we still recommend this property. The view of the marsh is still viewable even though a larger newly constructed home has been built on the neighboring lot. The home is clean and updated. We love that is has easy canal access. We bring our own kayaks and just drop in the canal right behind the home. We always enjoy the Sea Isle community. The fishing pier is also a great asset to staying in this home.

We stay in Galveston often for quick last minute getaways. This was a great location and reasonabl priced. The property was clean and met our expectations as far as amenities. It was pet friendly which is great plus. Our only complaint would be the mattresses on all the beds were incredibly firm. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The home was great and being the first time using Vacasa I was impressed with their service. The pictures showing the homes views are out dated. A new house has been built next door since they were taken and this blocks the amazing view we were expecting of the bay. To say the least that was a let down and a complete surprise upon arrival as we booked it based on those photos showing the panoramic view. The spare bathroom tub would not drain so we all had to share the master shower and the kitchen is lacking in cookware so plan ahead if you needing pots to cook with. One additional note is that there is no ladder out back to get out of the water if you/your child/ or pet were to fall in around the water. There is also no ladder at any of the homes near by so please be aware and have a plan if that were to happen. Outside of those issues the trip was great and the home is nice.

The home is small and simple which would have been fine, but the non-stop construction and blocked view from the new home being built next door ruins the experience. The online photos don’t depict reality.

This home provided our family with a fun and cozy place to stay. The home itself has amazing natural lighting and lots of space. The beds are great size and very comfortable. The views from both inside and on the deck are amazing! The host offers fishing poles and paddle boards for use and my son loved all the board games that were available. This is a perfect, place to stay for a quiet getaway that’s very close to the beach.

Very clean, well maintained. Depending on what you are looking for, I felt it was pricey-but we did not want a hotel situation. We do not have any streaming apps, therefore we had no tv and did not bring any DVD’s.

We loved our stay at The Dock Holiday! It had everything we needed, was very clean and cozy and the decor was adorable! We loved spending time on the 3 separate decks and being right on the bay! We will stay again and wouldn’t a change a thing!

This is not for boaters or peace and quiet
Major construction going on next door and blocks the view of the bay. I relied on photos they took showing no obstruction in the living room photo. 7am - 4:30 gas power generator and air tools Tajano music made it very un peaceful. I was super happy to leave for a new place day 2 much cheaper and better ocean view. I know this is out of their control but being ion construction business, this was the last thing I wanted to be around. VERY IMPORTANT BOATERS - No master key left to launch or retrieve it your boat I had to bother locals to help me. Vacasa said there was no notes about it so i wasted an hr trying to get my boat out at check check out time. Boating winch had rusting pcs falling all over my boat and really made me nervous it would break on me. Positives: It does have an elevator. Key lock didn't work for me when i got here but after resolving with management company they gave me the master code and i got the keys to use it when i left. It was clean and wifi was decent. If you are just looking to lay your head down and go to the ocean im sure its a fine place. Hopefully they will get power at the pole next door (seriously no reason to NOT have power at the pole like 99.9% new home construction builds to run equipment) and it will be more peaceful.
