Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 (King), Bedroom 2 (King), Bedroom 3 (Queen), Bedroom 4 (Queen plus Twin), Bedroom 5/Game Room (Twin plus Queen Futon)
Detailed Sleeping Accommodations:
- Master suite (main level) features a king bed and has private access to the outdoor spa, HD TV, DVD and VCR. It also has a full-size futon. The attached bathroom.
- 2nd master suite (upstairs) has a king bed with new comfy mattress, private bath, TV and DVD, private deck and access to the outdoor spa.
- Upstairs queen room is a spacious and bright room with huge closets and shared bath.
- Upstairs queen+twin room is a spacious room with a queen size, high-end memory foam mattress and also a twin bed.
- Upstairs convertible game room/5th bedroom - By day it is a childs delight with games, a bookcase with hundreds of children's books, Foosball, TV, and DVD. By night, the day bed is a twin bed and the futon folds down to become a queen size bed with an innerspring mattress. This room shares a bath with the Queen/Twin Room.
With this rental through Mountain Resort Properties, we provide access to the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, along with many area discounts. Ask us about our seasonal discounts offered on golf.
SHARC Access 2024 - Free Unlimited: This home provides for 12 free unlimited access SHARC passes. These will be left in the home/condo for your convenience. You save $28 per person, per visit.
