Lovely flat in Tulse Hill, just 3 mins walk from Tulse Hill station.
There's a spacious kitchen diner, 2 bedrooms (one king, one twin/king convertible) beautiful bathroom and a study/desk area.
There are some great wee pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk, or the vibrant area of Brixton is just a 30 minute walk or short bus trip. Regular trains into central London go from Tulse Hill station, a few mins walk away.

This was a perfect place to stay when wanting to visit London but not stay right in the city! It’s right next to the train station so easy access to any town! Loved staying here and the host had excellent communication!

A little more through dusting under the beds would have been nice.

Had a 3 night break here for a celebration for My Daughter.
On arrival the outside areas had litter and bins along the road, part of living in London maybe. Check in procedure was excellent and easy. The Apartment on the whole was ok only a few niggles, Bedding not ironed, toilet seat not the best! We could not get WIFI to work but could get 4g just about. Patio doors from far bedroom were stiff and didn't open so we left them alone. We came to use the cooker and it blew the electrics to the whole apartment three times. We could not find a welcome / instruction book in the apartment so phoned up VRBO as host did not answer. VRBO got a 3 way call with the host on and we explained the problem. He explained he could not get anyone out that night to which we did understand. He agreed to pay for a takeaway. On the Friday and Saturday there was no communication back from Host and no contact at all. We had planned a celebratory meal on Friday at a restaurant so that was fine. Saturday again no cooker so another take away had to be ordered.
It was disappointing not to have some form of communication back from the host.
When we got back I sent in to VRBO the receipts as it was hard to upload them for the takeaways. VRBO assisted. Then we got told there was nothing wrong with the cooker and I had been dishonest! WOW I do hope an engineer has been to check the cooker as people live either side and above and this could be a H&S issue if not checked.

The apartment worked well for my family. The train and bus stops are very close by for access into central London, where we spent most of our time. My kids enjoyed taking public transport. Uber worked well too. The Citymapper app was helpful (Kevin mentioned this) with real time public transport options (same w/ google maps). We appreciated being able to cook breakfast every morning before going out for the day. We had the essential tools to do so at the apartment. We picked up groceries around the corner at the local co-op. We were able to do laundry several times. I would note that the shower is in a narrow bathtub. There was one instance of slipping - all okay though. All in all, we were glad to stay at the apartment and enjoyed our time there.

Just spent a long weekend here for part fun/part business trip. Apartment is bigger than it appears in the pics, really nice place and conveniently situated for quick trips into Brixton and all it has to offer. 2 good sized bedrooms and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Bus stop with regular services just around the corner and train station just a couple of minutes away with services into London or the south coast. Lots of good restaurants nearby too.
Kevin answered all my messages within minutes and check in was a breeze. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Tulsa Hill. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was in walking distance to the train and bus. Good and restaurant’s are close by for walking.
If you have a car, parking is expensive.
I would recommend staying here.

The property was extremely well kept and very comfortable. We would stay there again! The only one drawback was the proximity to central London. It took approximately 30 minutes to take a train into London. We originally booked a property in Shadwell and were horrified when we arrived there. Kevin was very gracious and booked us immediately! Very thankful!

Clean (except for bathroom walls and couch) and comfortable. Close to train and bus stations and grocery store. Neighborhood didn’t look great (litter on sidewalks and cracked/crooked pavement). Owner was very responsive and friendly.

The apartment was very clean and well prepared for guests. We appreciated the little things that were included….cling wrap, foil, dishwasher and washer soaps, hair dryer, etc. Communication with the owner was excellent. He quickly answered any questions or concerns.
It was nice to be in the city. If you rent a car, please know that parking near the apartment on weekends is free, nights are free, but daytimes are limited to 4 hours and you must pay by phone.

The place was great, the neighborhood was a little sketch but close to the train. No dryer for washing or hair (left one for them though) & no A/C if you stay during a hot month. The host was great and LOVED the very modern feel! Thanks for the great stat!

The flat was very cute. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. It is close to transportation into the city proper. It was nice to do all the tourist stuff and then return to a quiet home. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay in Tulse Hill was very pleasant. Easy access to train transit a trip from Tulse to Blackfrairs is approximately 20 minutes. Kevin is very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Overall we had a great stay.

A great location close to transportation, food, and fun. The property was very clean and was just what we needed for our family vacation. So easy to get around the city from this location. Would stay here again. Good communication with the host and easily and quickly resolved our issue.

This place was just as advertised and worked well for us. The beds were super comfortable and and the kitchen was easy to use - thank you for the instructions for the induction stove. The bathroom was clean the the tub was great. The only problem was the hot water pipes squeaked when we turned on the hot water faucet. We learned how to jiggle the faucet to stop it.
We were close to the train station, but the trains had a bunch of disruptions the days we were there, so we didn't use them. We ended up taking an uber when we wanted to go into London, which was a little far, but relatively easy.
I found a great coffee shop on the main street a block away, which made our first morning lovely.
Overall, it was just as advertised and we appreciate being able to stay in a nice, clean apartment with a good property manager. Thank you!

This flat was perfect for visiting our son 1.5 mi. away. We were 3 adults staying for 10 days. There's a convenient market a block away and it's just a few minutes to train station. If you're touring and dining in London, being on Tube line would be more convenient, although 2 train lines and buses make it easily accessible. The flat was very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of storage for unpacking, kitchen well enough stocked for meals. The host was helpful and replied quickly to my queries. We had a great stay!

The flat was perfect for us, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! The location allowed easy access to the city, the bus and train lines were a very short walk from the flat. We would definitely stay there again when we return to London!

We have had a great stay in London. It is easy getting to the city centre by bus (round the corner) or train (5 min walk). The home had everything we needed and is really nice (pictures speak for themselves). And the owner is really quick with answering any questions during the process. Will recommend it to friends.

Beautiful Appartement
The appartement was decorated nicely, was clean and had enough room for the four of us. The kitchen had all neccessary appliances and cutlery and was roomy enough. The neighbourhood is very quiet, but admittedly a bit boring, that problem is easily solved though, because 2 minutes by foot gets you to a bus station and 5 mintes by foot gets you to a bigger train station. Every other neccessity you need, is available in the supermarket just around the corner.
We would come back any time, and recommend this appartement strongly.
