Für eine Städetour ist das Hotel ok, für einen Erholungsurlaub eher weniger.

Zentrale Lage mit guter Anbindung zur U-Bahn

Frühstück war sehr monoton, Marmeladenabfüller häufig leer.

Some reception staff were helpful, others very unhelpful. One said that they would bring out bags to our room but the bag was not brought up, and when I downstairs to enquire I was told they did not have this service (so why offer in the first place?). Then the phone did not work. Then the next morning the breakfast queue was almost 100 people long - I could not wait that long with two toddlers so despite having already paid for breakfast had to go elsewhere. When I asked for a recommendation, the reception staff said they didn't know. When we then went to check out we asked to validate our parking a number of times - the reception staff were rude, and directed us to the Ibis next door. Finally, we spoke to the right person who stamped our ticket so we received a discounted rate for guests. The Ibis staff, in contrast were very helpful,

ottima posizione, molte mete turistiche sono raggiungibili a piedi e altrimenti i mezzi sono vicini. Anche subito fuori dall'hotel ci sono attrazioni che valgono la pena. Camere silenziose, bagno ampio.

camera un po' piccolina per 4 (figli adolescenti e quindi non piccolini), bagno spazioso, ma con vetro, che anche se oscurabile, limita la privacy

Aangenaam hotel op een rustige locatie.

Locatie: niet pal in het centrum, maar toch centraal en rustig gelegen. Hygiëne : verzorgde kamers en accomodatie. Personeel : zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten: je kan er lekker tafelen.

Won’t ever stay here again and in fact no longer will I stay in a Novotel as this has left an awful feeling of a lack of

Initially impressed with how it looked

Trust in the staff after check out. On arriving home I discovered I had left my expensive wedding ring in the room. After emails not being replied to and then a call to the hotel, took them hours to reply back with “not found” when I know it was in the room. Disgusted that who ever cleaned our room took this. There was just a simple email saying “not found” which I found awful. No phone calls or anything.

Great hotel near London Bridge

Pretty much everything about this hotel is on point. Check in was friendly and helpful and the room and shower was great . And food was a delight

The mattress could have been a touch firmer.

Posizione a due passi dal Borough Market e metro London Bridge. Camera con vista su lo Shard e silenziosissima.

Oltre al letto nella camera c’era un doppio letto aggiunto non richiesto che toglieva spazio. Un po’ di manutenzione e pulizia in più in bagno o doccia non mancherebbe

Hotel muy bien situado, personal agradable

Está muy bien ubicado, a menos de 100 mt del Boroug market y de la estacion de tren London Bridge lo que te permite llegar directo del aeropuerto al hotel sin hacer transbordo.

Las sábanas de la habitación no se habían cambiado entre los huéspedes anteriores y nosotrosy al acostarnos los olores eran desagradables y tuvimos que solicitar cambio de sabanas y un nuevo nórdico. Estas situaciones son inaceptables con lo que cuesta una noche allí. El desayuno con poca variedad y horario hasta las 9:45

Poor staff at reception and restaurant.

Good housekeeping team. Food was good.

Front office staff is a disaster. I asked a taxi it was confirmed and on the day after there was no taxi and the recommendation was that I call an Uber. The attitude of the staff at the check-in and check-out was very poor and not according to what hospitality is about. Restaurant staff wrong attitude.

Nice hotel for city tour

Great location, less than 400m to “London Bridge” tube with 2 useful lines, while on the way you can stop and Borough Market. The room is nice and clean, breakfast is also nice, furniture’s looks new, bed and towels are clean. Room size was small for 2 adults and two kids, there is no space from more than one large suitcase. Kids breakfast is free

One day the room wasn’t clean by the staff, we complained and expect for compensation (for example: one free breakfast ?)

Overall it was nice stay. Friendly staff. Nice comfy but queen bed.

Breakfast was nice and lots of varieties of English breakfast. Convenient location with London Bridge underground station where one can catch Jubilee or Northern lines in order to reach anywhere in central London easily. Room was just OK in terms of size.

Continental breakfast should be arranged. Room size should be bigger. Shuttles should for the guests to and from Heathrow airport. Porter should be available to help you out to settle your luggage. King bed should be provided.

With a descent bath arrangement, this would have made our stay way more enjoyable

This room on the 6th floor was not functional. There is no real bathroom- sink is in the middle of the room, shower stall is located in area where there is no place to place towels, floor of shower is slippery and hotel could provide rubber mat to avoid slips nor where the any grab bars in the shower, shower head was too high and not adjustable. Over all it was the worst design of a hotel room we have ever encountered

Very comfortable hotel with space for families, not far from the attractions of London.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and fresh. Bar and restaurant in the lobby. Space for families. Breakfast was a good hotel selection. Right by the Borough Markets, easy walk to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

It is just a little bit off the main transport lines. To get in towards Covent Garden or Westminster with public transport was a little inconvenient - budget more time than you would guess (unless you are taking taxis).
