Blue Horizon is set within the coastal town of Sidmouth, just a mile from the beach and showcasing beautiful sea views. This two-bedroom holiday home has been lovingly styled and offers all the charm you would want from a luxurious coastal property.. 4 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Zip And Link Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. The first bundle of logs are provided for the wood burner (Oct-Mar). Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Open front garden with garden furniture. Enclosed rear garden with garden furniture. Covered storage area for beach and canoe/gear. Private parking for 5 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the garden. The private access lane at the front of the property has shared access with neighbour. . Situated on a quiet, no-through lane, Blue Horizon is a luxurious and spacious two-bedroom holiday home in the Regency coastal town of Sidmouth. The property has internal level access throughout, neutral light décor and captivating sea views.
As you enter the property, head into the stylish and modern kitchen which is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal, including an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, under-counter fridge and freezer, Lavazza A Modo Mia coffee pod machine and a washing machine. The spacious open plan living and dining area is comfortably furnished with a Smart TV, DVD player, a wood burner plus fireguard (the first bundle of logs are provided October to March) and a table and chairs.
Two beautiful and bright bedrooms await, the first with a kingsize bed and the other with twin beds which can be a super kingsize bed on request; each bedroom also has a hairdryer for your convenience. The family bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, a heated towel rail, toilet and sink, and has an electric shaver socket.
Step outside into the large and sunny enclosed rear garden that has a lawn, outdoor seating, there will also be recliners and a parasol during the summer months, and is surrounded by mature trees and shrubs.
You are within a 15-minute walk to many shops, restaurants, pubs and the picturesque and tranquil beach with its long and level esplanade. Stroll along taking in the beautiful views of the Jurassic coastline which stretches for 95 miles and has over 185 million years of history. Towards the western end, the beach rises to a sandstone promontory where you can find Jacobs Ladder and Connaught Gardens, separating the Esplanade from the Western Beach and beautiful soft sand at low tide. The town and the seafront offer a wide range of sporting activities, while quiet serenity can be enjoyed in the town’s parks and gardens. Sidmouth’s largest park, The Byes, affords a tranquil environment for a riverside stroll or cycle. Sidmouth offers a variety of interests to all visitors - young and old alike. Most of the surrounding countryside has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or is owned by the National Trust and the nationally renowned South West Coastal Path can easily be accessed. Sidmouth town is within easy reach of many attractions including the cathedral city of Exeter, Dartmoor National Park, and The Eden Project. Local attractions are Crealy Family Adventure Park, World of Country Life at Exmouth, and Sidmouth’s world famous donkey sanctuary.
Blue Horizon is a holiday home for all seasons and will provide a wonderful and relaxing base to explore and recharge the batteries in a coastal Devon beauty spot.
Please note: Blue Horizon enjoys an elevated position above the town and a walk back from the town/seafront requires an uphill walk. The bungalow is not suitable for wheelchairs users. Although the bungalow does not offer electric car charging facilities, you can find charging facilities for your electric car at the seafront town only ¾ mile from the bungalow.
