PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

GUEST NOTICE – Hanalei Bay Resort guest’s are required to pay a $50 check-in fee, as well as a $20 parking fee per night (per vehicle) and $25 per night resort fee upon check-in. All fees subject to state and local taxes, paid directly to the resort at check-in, and are not included in the rental rates quoted.
*A VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN FOR $69.00 IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR RESERVATION. THIS PLAN WILL COVER UNINTENTIONAL DAMAGES, UP TO $3,000.00, TO THE RENTAL HOME THAT OCCUR DURING YOUR STAY PROVIDED THEY ARE DISCLOSED TO MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO CHECKOUT.
