Great Little Getaway

Lovely House... Equipped with everything We needed... Quiet location... And Free Parking too... Hazel communicated everything well... and Even messaged to check everything was Ok... Great Service from a Great Host! Snacks on arrival were a Nice little Treat .. Thankyou!

The house was very well furnished and contained everything we needed. Good base for visiting area

It is a terrible shame that the neighbours don't look after their properties as it reduces the kurb appeal but of course this is out of Hazel's control

I loved the look of this place definitely alot of thought was put into it😍 Hazel is new to this and she smashed it. Me and my partner had a lovely stay and its not too far from Hastings beach

Very comfortable and relaxing

The host, Hazel, had thought of everything to make sure our stay was as seamless as possible. The house was beautifully decorated with great facilities. My husband and I only stayed one night, with our 10m old son, but we would have been happy to stay longer.

My daughter and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone, looking for peace and quiet, with food shopping nearby, buse

We arrived to find the property in immaculate state, well equipped and even some treats! The little terrace was ideal for breakfast, and a glass of wine in the evening!

Hard to find any faults - everything worked- comfortable bed and settee into the bargain!

Very enjoyable

So clean and fresh feel throughout the property, kitchen very well equipped, little garden, very quiet place, mineral water, tea and coffe provided as well as towels, toiletries (we used our own though) and after the stay the host reached out to let me know they found our Apple charger and offered to post it back to me.

it is a lovely little home from home

we liked everything but I would suggest getting a mattress topper for the bed and sofa bed and maybe thicker pillows with toppers. It would be a good idea to leave instructions for the oven as not everyone knows electric cookers and the symbols

Lovely little house to stay in.

Lovely little house, very warm and cosy. Well kitted out for our overnight stay. Clean and tidy with nice little touches (nibbles) when we arrived. My wife forgot something when we left, hadn't realised until Hazel alerted us and organised everything so we could pick it up, before we drove 330miles! Hazel was very communicative and so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

Perfect

The location was perfect for our stay to visit st Leonard’s on sea, the host especially made everything very clear from the start and was a very easy process. Although we didn’t meet Hazel, she was very friendly and explained everything, what a beautiful home.

The house was just perfect for us. Everything was just so, bed comfortable, everything we needed was provided. The owner Hazel was helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property..

A small thing, the info on bus 20 just needs to be updated to the bus stop after the co op. We had a bit if a convoluted journey to the station 😂

Excellent home from home stay at a reasonable price.

Really lovely place just 10 mins in car from centre which is reflected in the price - excellent value. High standards of cleanliness and everything is new as the owner has recently renovated the entire place. Her communication was efficient, warm and friendly. Shame we didn’t get to meet her - she seems lovely.

Very good house perfect for family 👪

We are family of 2 adults and 2 kids. House is in a quiet neighbourhood, coop shop nearby, all kitchen facilities, bed sheets are clean, towels are given, cable TV, very comfortable additional sofa bed. Clear instructions how to find a house and keys, very quick response from owner about any question arised. Only 15min drive to the sea and St Leonards pier. We had great stay. Thank you 😊 💓

Excellent location, very quiet and comfortable. Couldn't have wanted more.

Kingsley House provides excellent accommodation for a small party of guests. It is situated in a quiet area well away from the sea front, and benefits from allocated parking outside the door. It is very well fitted out with a bright modern and attractive decor, very comfortable and provides everything needed for a stay in the Hastings area. It met our needs perfectly and we would look to book it again if we visit the area. The communication from the hostess was excellent. There is a co-op supermarket just around the corner we found very convenient for our needs.
