Lots of beds, plenty of room. Poor mattresses, bad STAINS on carpets, not enough chairs in kitchen/dining to accommodate max # of guests. Only 5 spoons, barely enough silverware otherwise. No hand-mixer to use for baking; not muffin pans; NO mixing bowls or liquid measuring cups. Barely enough towels in Bathrooms; NO Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Only tiny hotel room bars of soap. Owner did not leave any dishwasher soap, so we had to wash all by hand after eating. Owner lists POOL & BBQ grill which is a great draw to this porperty, but does not provide any charcoal/lighter and there are NO BEACH TOWELS anywhere. Does not say you need to bring your own. NO INSTRUCTIONS were found for the hottub. Found the morning we checked out on the back of the dart board. WHO DOES THAT?? ALL instructions should be left clearly visible in that mud room area by the garage door. The lawn was not taken care of at all; grass was a foot tall around the swing-set, play area. Same around the grill. ICE MAKER BROKEN in main kitchen. Handle broken off of other refrigerator door. Many texts/messages sent to owner/mgr. and most were returned at 3 in the morning....after we had to go to the store 3 or 4 times to purchase things that should have been provided. FINALLY, the morning we were getting ready, a maintenance guys shows up and starts cleaning the pool while we were still there, with hours left before we had to leave. Couldn't even enjoy our coffee out on the patio. NOT COOL.

Spacious and clean, perfect outdoor space. We dined on the back porch in the heat of summer and spent hours swimming. The swing set was a favourite too. The diving board (the main feature we looked for) was removed or we would have given 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time together during our stay. The house afforded us all plenty of space and, of course, the pool was enjoyed a lot! However, there were several minor things that needed repaired and a lot of cosmetic attention needed. Our biggest frustration was communicating with the host. We hoped he was okay since several reviews mentioned how responsive he had been. That was not our experience all the time, however. All in all, it was a lovely few days in OKC.

Great home for large group. Plenty of bed space. Pool and outdoor space was great with tons of seating. Lovely home. Host was very accessible to us and took care of any issue we had quickly. We would consider this home again for sure if we return to OKC.

The property was very clean and accommodated our family group of 10 very well. The pool and covered seating was excellent for our group. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were other reviews that mentioned ceiling fan problems and there were still ceiling fans that did not work properly. There were a few other cosmetic issues but all in all it accommodated our family very well and we had a fun time.

The property was just as advertised. We struggled to get the hot tub on. Messaged the owner and he had someone there in 10 mins. We really enjoyed our stay. We had 6 adults and some children and we had more space than we could even use.

I was in town to gather with family -- most of whom were from out of town. This was a great property for us: lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely outdoor and indoor gathering spaces, a nice kitchen for preparing meals. I would definitely return to this property for future gatherings!

This house has a lot of space but is poorly maintained. While things are clean, things need to be updated. Ceiling fans shaking so hard they might fall, not really able to cook because of a lack of items or super old they do not function. There are 11 TVs throughout the house, but the only two that worked were the Living Room and Pool Table room. We also asked the owner about the heated pool 3 days prior to our arrival and made it clear we planned to use it. He did not turn the heater on until we arrived so we were not able to use it until the morning of check out. Wifi also randomly went out for 24 hours and the owner said nothing was wrong, but it didnt work. We have a large family so it fit everyone, but with so many “amenities” unavailable that were advertised. We probably will not stay here our next time in OKC.

This house is large and does accommodate a large group. My family and I had a fantastic time but you need to be aware of the issues in this house. Day 1 - No check in info was received at the time of check in. We received the wrong code for the door and wrong WiFi passwords for the home. The only way we were able to enter the home was because we found an unlocked entry door in the back. We did receive the correct house code- on the second day of our stay!! The owner/host said 'Sorry, wrong house'. WTH? Upon arrival, there was a notice on the front door that stated the water was being turned off due to non-payment. The AC stayed at 82 in the downstairs and the owner/host told me to turn the thermostat off before the AC was finally being fixed evening of day 2. Hot tub did not work. Only one bed has a mattress cover - you will sleep on used, stained mattresses with no protection. No pillow covers for protection. Take pictures - multiple broken items in the home. Multiple TVs with no remotes. Multiple broken chairs outside. When I contacted the owner/host with all of the issues and asked him when was the last time he checked on this house, he never answered. Owner/Host advised me he was out of town and ignored us and ignored our request for a partial refund. Do not be fooled by the other reviews. The owner/host told me we could check in early if we gave him a 5 star review - now I know why he stated this.

This home was perfect for us, the size and location were exactly what we needed. The pool was refreshing. The home did have a few issues with routine maintenance that needed done and was a bit dated, but we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you.

We had a large group for Labor Day. Large space accommodating everyone for the most part. If it were my property I’d replace the workout room with a large dining table. There was a kitchen table that probably could have sat 8 people tightly, but there were only 4 chairs. Backyard was beautiful. Pool is very old and needs to be replastered. But we still had a great time and enjoyed it. Had some issues getting filter to operate and never had lights or heat and jets in the hot tub. But it was too hot anyway for the hot tub, patio covered area was very nice. Outdoor TV was great to watch college ball games (had to connect our own fire stick). No cookie sheets. No coffee filters. Plenty of all other supplies lots of dishes and glasses of all sizes. Beds were comfortables. A/C worked fine. It was a bit warmer upstairs but cooled down enough in the evening to sleep.. it’s a very old home with some nice finishes here and there. Squeaky wood floors. Stairs to get to 5 of the 7 bedrooms. Was not an issue for us. 2 big bedrooms downstairs.,nice large kitchen. More cupboards than anyone could ever use. 2 refrigerators. Ice maker didn’t work in 2nd refrigerator. Ice would not dispense in main refrigerator. Still had plenty of ice. Even had a countertop ice maker (nice surprise). The owners are very nice and even came over to help address any issues we had. Great communication and genuine concern to ensure we were happy. Very nice neighborhood. Thought we would have an issue with 6 vehicles only allowed in the driveway. We parked 2 in the garage and family living in the are carpooled to join us for the day. Felt comfortable and safe at this home. I would recommend this home for a large group. Thank you Conrad.

High price, low quality. There was dirty laundry in the washer when we got there, the house was dirty, vents were covered in dust, floors were so dirty we wore our shoes everywhere, long dark hair all over the bathroom, faucets were loose, air-conditioning didn't work the entire time, we didn't have enough towels, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent and only 1 dishwasher tablet so we had to go buy these items. We couldn't swim in the pool 2 days because they put shock in it on the 2nd day and it was green, and they told us we shouldn't have been in it the day before, hot tub was not hot, & TV's didn't work. There was a TV repairman, a/c repairman, guy mowing the yard for 4 hours, and pool people all in the 3 days we were there. Dishwasher was broken and leaked all over the floor. We felt like we were just there to let repairmen in. The air conditioner not working properly was terrible! It was 80 downstairs at times and over that upstairs, it was too hot to sleep, not what we wanted on vacation. Conrad will not give us any refund. We have stayed at other VRBO's and have loved it. This is NOT one of them.

Great for large group!

Big house, lots of beds and baths. Super nice host with good communication. House was a little dated but perfect for our team in town for a softball tournament. Everybody loved the pool table and dartboard and spacious backyard with corn toss and the pool.

Great house for a big group that includes all ages!

This house is huge, 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with super nice and comfortable beds. The pool was a great feature and fun for all. We brought our own inflatables and air pump but the house did have some we could have used. There were two refrigerators which was nice. The hot tub was just filled with cool pool water but was okay with us since we came mid summer. The home did have some wear and tear which does make it feel a little more homey and less stressful with kids but some faucets were loose which I think could easily be fixed. The kitchen had pots and pans for anything for the oven/stove but lacking with anything baking related including lack of mixing bowls, baking sheets or a can opener. The pool table was super fun. There are big screen TVs all over however not all seemed to work but the living room anw outside one did for sure. There was a charcoal grill that worked well. Overall this was a good stay!
