The hotel is nice but they need someone else running it that actually knows customer service.

The facilities were fine - I liked the room etc. Granted, across the street is the same level for half the price...but I did like the facilities.

The staff is non-existent and the lady at the front desk refused to honor the Booking.com price even after showing her my phone and e-mail confirmation. She went as far as arguing that there was nothing she could do because it did not show in her system and I had to pay the $50 price increase or go elsewhere! Next time I will!

We look forward to coming back and staying again.

The beds were comforter able. Pillows were excellent. Staff was the best. Very Clean. We will stay again the next time we are in town. Close to everything we wanted to do.

The breakfast was good but the sausage was spicy. I can't have spicy and neither can the kids. Maybe have more meats to choose from or non spicy sausage.

We were on the street side, and sadly there was drag racing all night long and into the early hours of the morning. And just a minor point, for that many rooms, they need more luggage carts.

The first room 622 that I checked into all of the drawers were left open, beer was in the fridge from a preview occupant, trash in the toilet, the toilet ran all night then the odor of marijuana saturated the entire 6th floor. I reported the odor to the desk and nothing was done about it that afternoon, that evening I reported it again and they moved me to another room. I have spent around $1000 dollars on rooms in the last three weeks at two different Residence Inn locations and the experience was definitely subpar. I would not refer other travel nurses to your facilities.

The location, and staff was very friendly.

We paid nearly $900 for two nights, which I was completely ok with. At check in they informed us that we had to pay an additional $18 per night to park our car at the hotel. I have never in my life been charged to park my car at the hotel I was staying at. This hotel has ample parking so I cannot understand the hotels justification for charging their guest (who are already paying for a room) to park their car at the facility.

Perfect spot to stay in OKC!

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay, it was right there within walking distance of everything downtown, very clean & the staff was professional and kind.

we stayed in the one- bedroom king suite, the pictures make it look bigger than what it actually was…not that big of a deal! We just needed a bigger unit for our big family.
