Easy walk from units to sea and pool and walk or drive to several coastal shops. Attractive property, like the pastel-colored exteriors and walkway over the dunes to the ocean and past the pool.

Area is very well kept. Condo we stayed in was excellent and supplied with necessary items in Kitchen and bathrooms. Easy access to pools that were clean. Beach area clean also. Very safe area.

The condo has just what you need for a nice beach visit. I was with my mother in law and 12 yo for a long weekend and we had the best time. The condo had all the things including a charging station in each room. It was also nice to be able to wash a load of laundry and not have to buy detergent, or paper towels, or toilet paper etc. the last thing you want to do on a short trip is keep having to go to the store! On the downside, my MIL has mobility issues so the stairs to the second floors condo were a challenge. Dawn, the host, could not have been more helpful or thoughtful in ensuring your stay was as easy it could be.

We made a very last minute decision to visit family and were SO pleased with the condo! It has a great location with everything we needed just being a short drive. The indoor pool was a huge selling point for us and it did not disappoint!! It was perfect for our kiddos! We also made it down to the beach (just a short walk)! Dawn was very responsive and incredibly accommodating, especially with the last minute nature of our trip! We were so grateful to have found this condo and would absolutely stay again!

We had a great time. It was a short stay with a lot of things going on over the weekend, but the condo was perfect size for the five of us and was very well kept and had all the things to help pack lighter for the trip like beach towels and linens. The Pebble Beach neighborhood is very quiet as well. The neighborhood has a quiet time and everyone seemed to abide by it during our stay. The neighborhood is well lit all through the night without being disruptive. Beach access is easy and the location is super convenient to many activities, shops and restaurants. We will be back again for another stay.

The condo was as expected and everything worked well, Great location for the beach. My daughter and her boyfriend went kayaking not too far, went mini golfing and enjoyed a beautiful sunrise on the beach the last morning. Didn't even make it to the pool like I expected we would Thank you Dawn!

Oh my gosh, this VRBO stay was an absolute blast! We weren't exactly planning on hibernating inside, since we were too busy jetting around to all our favorite hotspots (shoutout to Lazzara's, Fish Hut, and Flipperz!). And when we weren't out and about, we were posted up at The Point, perfecting our sun-kissed glow. One teeny tiny thing to note, though: the spiral staircase might give some folks a run for their money. But for us, it just added an extra dose of adventure!

What a great experience! It’s a beautiful complex and condo with a quick walk to the beach. Dawn was super responsive to my questions and provided helpful recommendations and also had really nice details covered (travel shampoo, breakfast foods, etc.). The kids loved the indoor pool.

We had an amazing stay! Condo was great, kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook, there is plenty of extra linens and blankets, owner was extremely quick with responses to questions. The condo is a short walk to beach and is located very closely to everything, restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores, shopping. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!!

Dawn is amazing to work with! She is fast to respond and very helpful and accommodating! She even left us coffee for the coffee pot. She also left creamers and bottles of water in the fridge for us! She checked in (via text) to make sure everything was fine once we arrived. I love that the door to the unit was a touch screen lock. There were keys…but you don’t need to carry them to the beach and pool…you just punch the code to lock and then come back and enter the code to get in. That is so nice! Her place is very cozy and has a warm beachy theme. The loft upstairs is very roomie. The other room had beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet. I am not sure if she lets renters use those…but would be worth an ask. We did not use them because we had brought our own beach gear. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. The only recommendation I would have is to bring a wagon or some kind of beach cart. It is not a hard walk to the beach, but it can feel kinda long when you are weighed down by beach gear. There is a nice ramp access to the beach. Almost everyone we saw had a wagon or a beach cart. The pools and the bathroom facilities are very nice. The inside pool is very warm and pretty. The whole property is very well kept and it’s location is great! I love Emerald Isle and have been going for years. I would definitely stay here again and appreciate all the kindness that Dawn showed us during our stay. She was very helpful with accommodating us with booking, to helping us get in, to checking on us with texts. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property offers so many things to do besides enjoying a day at the beach. We enjoyed using the tennis courts, outdoor pool and a short drive to restaurants and mini golf. The condo is located in a private community that is very well maintained by its staff. The owner has decorated the property to really give you the beach vibe. We would love to come back again!

Host: The host was fantastic. She communicated quickly and efficiently and even checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Condo: The condo is adequate and the kitchen has everything you could ever need to make meals (perhaps too much so as there’s nowhere to store food aside from the countertop). The condo itself is dated and could do with a refresh but everything functioned adequately. The washer/dryer capacity is apartment-sized so bring extra detergent (ex: four beach towels is max capacity). Note that the master bedroom is in the loft (no wall and therefore no sound barrier to downstairs). Property: this condo is at the very back of the property and so furthest from the beach. It’s about a 5 min walk to the beach access which can be a lot with all the beach gear (we loaded everything into the car and drove to the beach access where we temporarily parked to unload and walked everything to the beach from there). The condo overlooks a courtyard that has an indoor pool and gym. This is a gated community and feels very safe. Location: good location right as you come on the island. A shopping center with restaurant, ice cream shop, and large t-shirt/beach knickknack store is right around the corner. Publix/Food Lion are four minutes away and Fort Macon, as far north on this stretch of islands as one can go, is 36 min north of the condo. Overall: without hesitation, we would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and can't say enough wonderful things. Host goes above and beyond and communication was excellent. Condo is clean and has everything you need for your trip including a few beach toys and boogie board. The pool house was emaculate and we had a great time in the pool. The beach is a short walk from condo. We hope to be back soon!

One of the cleanest places I have stayed. Excellent communication from the property manager. Nice little bonuses in the condo; Beach blanket, boogie board, pool toys and beach towels . Met a few of the very friendly neighbors that helped with restaurant suggestions .

If you want a relaxing time with amenities this is the place! My son and his friend hit the fitness center every morning while I walked the beach! We could all hit the pool afterwards. Very clean unit in a very convenient place. Wonderful owner!
