This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Balboa Island front home is conveniently located in walking distance to the charming shops and cafe's on Marine Ave., as well as the historic Balboa Island Ferry that takes both cars and pedestrians on a 5 minute ride to Balboa Peninsula and the Pacific Ocean beaches. Perfectly located to enjoy all the amenities Balboa Island has to offer.

This property is located in the heart of Balboa Island. The newly renovated property comes with all the latest modern luxuries and technology. The main and guest bedrooms are comfortable and lively, in addition to a bedroom with bunk beds and plenty of beautiful paintings. A great central area with a living room and top of the line kitchen appliances.

One garage spot is allocated to share with the tenant of 202 Ruby, along with plenty of street parking. Lots of amazing shops, cafes, and restaurants are accessible by walking or biking.

- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this home. It was clean and comfortable and a perfect spot for our family of four. We could walk into town and to the water in just minutes. We would definitely come back.

My wife and I brought our mom-in-law, daughter and a girlfriend for a long weekend. We walked in and were bowled over at how nice the recent renovation was. Everyone had their own space and the finishes and appliances were great. Location is just a few blocks walk from shopping and dining on Marine Ave and a short bike/drive over to the peninsula using the Balboa Ferry. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property which is newly remodeled and nicely appointed. There is a separate unit upstairs. We could hear the people upstairs occasionally, but it was not a problem. We have 5 adults stay at this property and it was perfect for our trip.
