Calling all adventurers and entertainment enthusiasts! Get the best of both worlds. This newly renovated Lakefront home is nestled on Old Hickory lake & only 25 mins from downtown Nashville's buzz and fun. This three bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home has over 2000 square feet of gorgeous indoor and outdoor space. With a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee and in the evening watching the sunset and fireflies with a glass of wine. This house has a little something for everyone; the game room is a great space for the whole family to hang out with a poker table, ping pong table, board games, arcade games, movie theater popcorn. There's even a dog bed, dog toys and treats to make even the four legged family members happy. Enjoy the outdoors fishing with the provided fishing poles (don't forget to bring your own tackle box), play cornhole, check out Dolly Parton's vacation home as you kayak through the cove. There is a paddle board and 2 kayaks available for you to use. There is a marina within 5 minutes from the property as well as a recreation area to put in larger boats.

Our stay was very enjoyable! The space was perfect to accommodate our family needs. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed playing ping pong, games, and taking the kayak out and around the cove. The only things I could recommend are a second kayak to explore the cove together and having a few microwaveable mixing/serving bowls.

We had an amazing time at the lake house. The home itself is beautiful and stocked with all needed amenities. We were able to fish right off the bank and caught a few nice bass. My son took out the kayak to watch the sunset. The area surounding the lake is beautiful. We rented a pontoon boat and jet ski while there. The property is not far from downtown Nashville making it easy to drive down to explore all the city has to offer. All in all we made some great memories and highly recommend the property to others.

Loved the house and its decor, with great relaxing location on a residential lake neighborhood. Amenities were awesome - table tennis, arcade games, and patio with scenic lake view. Every detail was fantastic and it was perfect for my family. Dog-friendly details were greatly appreciated too!

The property was quiet, clean&backyard absolutely beautiful. The home was very cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit&house games. The water was too shallow for fishing😔 It wasn’t as secluded as I imagined in the pictures but nevertheless neighbors didn’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay and thank the owners for the hospitality!!

This is a perfect property for families spending time in the Nashville area. A few of our favorite features: ping pong, kayak, responsive listing manager, open kitchen dining and living areas, and lovely modern Nashville-themed decor. Thanks for having us!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and made some amazing memories! I would recommend this for a large family. Close to so much! You will not be disappointed! From bon fores on the lake to family movie night with popcorn. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the deck looking at the beautiful view of the lake. I actually enjoyed sitting on the front steps and watch the deer! Great vacay spot!
