Sleeps up to 16 guests w/ five king suites and a six-bed bunk room decked out with INDOOR SLIDE, color-changing LED bunk lights, and arcade. Soak in the outdoors under the mature pine trees, enjoy a fire around the spacious fire pit, and watch the kids play on the various playsets. This modern cabin offers something for every member of the family.

BRANCHING OUT is easy to find on Coffee Tree Trail which is accessible from newly paved roads, just a few minutes' drive from Highway 259.

Guests must be at least 0 years old to book and are also required to sign the Rental Agreement and provide a valid credit card for a Security Deposit which is $500.00 for this property. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay.

This property allows pets up to 2 dogs for a pet fee. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. Bringing of pets without approval will incur a pet fee of twice the normal rate, charged to the security deposit held for the booking.

Great experience! Everything was clean and it had everything we needed. The house is very secluded and on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet just a couple of minutes from all the things. Highly recommend for a wide range of ages! Kids loved the kids room and it was very nice to have two living spaces.

Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to an ice storm in which we we unable to get ahold of the property manager. Beds were a bit firm however the cabin was charming and offered ample space for our family.

First and for most, arriving to this location now we can see why we shouldn’t check in early. It is definitely as advertised. This place was one of the nicest we have chosen. Everyone had their own space yet a few places in the home or outside we could all be together. The bunk room with slide was perfect for our little ones. We mainly chose this place for the kids to run and cry freely but in a safe area. The backyard area did not disappoint. Maybe a suggestion an elevator for all those floors, whew. But every room was perfect for each family. Our families needed a place to get away for the last few months we’ve all had to lose someone else we loved. This vrbo home was perfect for us to regroup, relax and truly enjoy each other’s company. Don’t think this would be our last time coming back to this home.

We loved our stay at Branching Out! The cabin is perfect for multiple families with lots of kids. All the TV's have the same type of remote, which makes it so easy. Even the patios have TV's. It was a dream come true!!!

This house was truly a home for the week. Everything about the cabin was so welcoming and having all the space for our families was perfect! The coffee bar was my favorite being an exhausted mom and the kids couldn’t get enough of the wonderful play sets outside. Lynn was the most gracious and responsive host and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

What a beautiful property! Our large family had plenty of room to enjoy a great weekend getaway!! Even with the rainy forecast, the kids had plenty to entertain themselves with slide in the bunk room, arcade game, movies, hot tub, etc. This is a cabin worth staying at!

We had a great stay! The kids loved the slide in the bunkhouse bedroom and the adults loved well stocked coffee bar with yummy syrups - it was a nice touch from our host. Communication was great and check-in was very easy. Backyard is nice and flat which was a real plus with little kids. The house also had cribs and high chair seats just right for smaller guests Kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans, utensils, crock pot, waffle iron, hand mixer, blender, etc. that made cooking a breeze. Host is very quick to respond to questions. Overall a great stay

The check-in process was extremely easy. We were so pleased with the house upon arrival. It was immaculate and just beautiful! We loved each bedroom having its own bathroom. The backyard playset was a joy for the kids. The hot tub and gas fireplaces on porches a bonus! Lynn is an excellent communicator and checked in with me periodically to make sure we had all that we needed. Would definitely rent again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at the Branching Out cabin. You can tell that Lynn has put a lot of thought into what makes for a great vacation! This cabin has everything you need! It is a great place for families with babies or young kids as the bunk room is awesome and the playground is great! We had a mix of family and everyone was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this cabin!

Wonderful stay for large family with children!

We had the best time here! The home was perfect for children, as we spent most of our time on the decks and in the play area outside! It was so convenient that each guest room has its own bathroom plus additional guest bathrooms. With a large family, it made getting ready so much easier! We will return in the future again! Not to mention the home was fully equipped with high chair, crib, bumbo seat, and umbrella stroller! I would reccomend bringing a baby gate for the stairs.

Had a great stay with family for our annual ‘cousins weekend’. 12 adults and 2 kids all fit comfortably. And our stay had all of the appropriate and required amenities. We mostly cooked at the house and found everything we needed for our stay. We’ll be back!

Beautiful home with the perfect outdoor space for kids and family games. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the coffee bar and lucky for us it was stocked as we forgot coffee! We will definitely stay here again!
