About this house rental

NEWLY remodeled home with a fully fenced landscaped back yard. There is a large covered patio that over looks the grassy area perfect to let the kids or pets play and is the regulated distance for corn hole! Whether your family is looking to get competitive or relax and not worry about a thing this home has it all from the 4 person hot tub to the multiple fire pits. Our home is extremely clean and well kept. The Williams house is walking distance to the rodeo grounds, walking distance to downtown and route 66, walking distance to the polar express, walking distance to the best bars and restaurants that Williams has to offer. Oh but that is not all, we are close to our beautiful lakes to swim or fish, there are great trails, we are close to the new amusement park, not far from BEARIZONA, we are 45 minutes to the GRAND CANYON, and only 45 minutes to the base of the SAN FRANCISCO PEAKS (SKIING+SNOWBOARDING+SCENIC CHAIR LIFT) We would love a chance to share our home with you! Perfect location. Fenced backyard was perfect for our two small dogs. Very comfortable nicely decorated home. All the cooking utensils you could need. We will definitely be back. Owner/property manager very responsive and friendly.

House and yard were great!. May want to supply more plastic plates and cups etc... for kids to use. I had plenty of unopened food left over, but did not want to get charged for not cleaning up. May want to offer possibility to leave items for other guest use others use

Williams ended up being the perfect spot to stay to do activities in both GC and Sedona area from one place. This home fit our family, was clean and comfy, and convenient to restaurants in Williams. Loved the hot tub! Check out process was reasonable. We are used to having coffee and a few things provided for snacks or breakfast to grab ... but this was explained in the notebook upon arrival. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very cute and comfortable, well equipped rental. The backyard was perfect to hang out in and for our pups to enjoy as well. Good neighborhood, neighbors were friendly and the property owner was easy to get a hold of. Not sure we would walk to town from there, but it is certainly a quick jaunt in a vehicle.

We enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable, the house is cute, and the backyard was fun and cozy. The hot tub was one of the best I’ve ever been in. Full back massage 😂 We were just a few blocks from the main downtown area.

We were there for a week. Main thing was we attended the Route 66 car show. In front of house is enough parking space for our 2 car trailers till we could move them into short term storage at the RV park. Great house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your immaculate home. It was so comfortable and very convenient to downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet. Loved having the cornhole game to play in the large backyard! It was a great way to unwind after our day at the Grand Canyon. We would definitely stay here again. The Williams house was just what we needed for the two of us as a home base for our adventures to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Las Vegas. It was very clean and comfortable, had sufficient amenities/appliances, and the neighborhood was quiet. We liked that it was very close to the Safeway grocery store. We used the hot tub most nights as it was very soothing after a day of touring and hiking. Also, enjoyed the fireplace - very warming on those cool evenings. Shelbi was extremely cordial and easy to communicate with. We did have an issue with the hot tub, but she came as soon as she could (which as after dark) to fix the issue. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed our stay! The home was so cute and had everything we needed. The location was very close to restaurants, gas, and groceries. The trip to and from The Grand Canyon was an easy drive. We were under a winter storm warning on our last night and the owners gave great advise on which route to take to avoid heavier snowfall.

The property was exactly as advertised and was lose to shops, restaurants and things to do. Shelbi was kind enough to leave the boys candy for Easter. They loved that. The check-in and checkout process was easy and everything was easy to find because they were well labeled. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing stay! Williams had a huge snow storm right before we arrived. The owner made sure the driveway was cleared for us. The house was spotless and nicely updated. Everything is well organized and labeled! We loved the ease of flipping a switch for the living room fireplace. Hot tub after our daily adventures was a great plus! Shelbi was the most responsive owner I've ever dealt with. Thank you for sharing this great rental!

Everything was very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. The patio was enjoyable, the hot tub was clean ! We did wonder about the neighborhood but ended up just fine nice and quiet, we never saw anybody ! We were 4 67 year old ladies celebrating our birthdays and long time friendships had a wonderful time would highly recommend this home ❤️

This was our 1st experience with getting an air B&B and it was very positive! We stayed in Williams AZ at this very cute and comfortable home. The comfort and quietness of the location was great and there were nice amenities that were offered (hot tub, fire pit, spacious fence back yard) that made it just so much nicer than staying in a hotel. We plan to return next time we want to go and visit the Grand Canyon and surrounding attractions.

The home is beautifully updated, has every amenity you would need. There is a Safeway and Dollar General right down the street, if you need food supplies. We loved the house! It had everything we needed and then some for 2 small families. The house is in a great location close to downtown and Bearizona. We took advantage of the hot tub, bbq, and the firepit. We would definitely book here again for our next vacation to Williams. Shelbi was available and promptly answered all of our questions.
