About this house rental
May all your days (and nights) be absolutely DELL-ightful while staying with us at DELL-ightfully Downtown Dells. Perfectly located just one block off the Strip near the edge of Downtown Dells, you are close enough to walk to all the Downtown action, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet this residential neighborhood has to offer. You will enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 FULL baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a HUGE front porch, and a patio with fire pit and grill too. Our outdoor spaces are so awesome, you may never want to leave!
The space
This home boasts 3 bedrooms (1king down/1 king up/1 queen up) along with 2 FULL baths (1 tub/shower down/1 walk-in shower up). Each of the two floors has its own heating and cooling zones so everyone is comfortable here. There are TWO kitchens and TWO living rooms too so spread on out as there is a ton of room too! And after a fun-filled day of exciting adventures, just step outside and enjoy the HUGE wrap around front porch and new patio with grill and fire pit too. They are the perfect spots for reliving all the great times you are having here in the beautifully scenic Wisconsin Dells.
Keeping in mind that your much needed rest is of the utmost importance, we have tried to think of EVERYTHING we love when we travel. All new Serta Plush mattresses, three different types of pillows, and loads of always-washed bedding will leave you refreshed and ready to take on the Dells. We have plenty of fans (and central air, of course!) as well as sound machines and even ear plugs to help you sleep. Each bedroom has its own 43" Roku TV ready with all of the most popular apps plus we provide free premium cable. There are also 2 queen air mattresses, both 22 inches high, just in case you need them.
The living rooms (yes, there are 2 of them) each boast two reclining sofas, so kick back, put your feet up, and relax. The downstairs sofas even have lights and USB ports. A 65" Roku TV in EACH living room gives you everything you need while the open-concept living rooms/kitchens makes sure no one gets left out of the fun! There is also a dedicated workspace on the main floor, just in case you need one.
The exceptionally, well-stocked kitchens (yes, there are 2 of those too) have all the necessities you need if you decide you would like to stay in for a meal. We provide LOADS of dishes and bakeware, all the usual small appliances and the extras too, like crock pots, family-sized griddles, waffle makers, and even an air fryer. But, if you decide to go out instead, leave the car and the traffic worries behind, as it’s just a short walk down the block to one of the many wonderful dining options available. You won’t be disappointed!
And while you are staying with us, we really do want you to leave everything AND the kitchen sink behind (besides, we have 2!) We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, bathroom air freshener, hand sanitizer, q-tips, make-up wipes, cotton balls, coffee, creamer, sugar and equal, salt, pepper, jam and jelly, ketchup, mustard, mayo, tartar sauce (all individually wrapped), toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dish tabs, garbage bags, baggies, cling wrap, aluminum foil, and a little surprise too!
Last but certainly not least, Wisconsin Dells photographer, Joseph Leute, has left his mark on the walls of this property. His dramatic photos of the Wisconsin River capture its beauty like no other. The river along with some of its most famous rock formations, like Hawk’s Beak, are in full display here. Just sit back and enjoy!

The house is located in the greatest spot in the Dells for all the attractions! We only traveled 1-2 miles every time we left the house! Checking in to the house was absolutely no hassle at all, it was very simple. The house is beautiful, spacious & very clean! It was an awesome turn out for my family! Communication with the property manager was transparent & easy! The amenities our host provided were well beyond our expectations. We look forward to staying again soon!

Andrea was an amazing host, and her house is in the perfect location for a trip to the dells! They really thought of every detail, and the whole house was so clean. We had the best time staying here, and sitting on the front porch on the morning!

House was amazing. All the little extras made our stay that much better. Directions and house rules were organized and easy to follow. Loved the location only 1 block from down town. Weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of time on the deck and the patio. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a girls weekend and rented this house because it looked so cute, and the location was great with us doing the wine walk downtown. This house was so perfect. The owners really do go above and beyond to have just about everything you could think to need there like a home away from home. It is super cute, the furniture and decor is very nice, and the beds were so comfortable!! The owner was in touch with us to make sure we didn't need anything, which I thought was great. Even when we had an issue with one of the showers, she was so prompt to respond and help remedy the matter. We were all so impressed and happy with our stay and will absolutely be renting this house again! Thank you for the great weekend!

My husband and I were traveling with three teenagers for a quick spring break. None of them are into water parks or the hubbub of the big resorts so we decided to stay near downtown and this was a better location than we imagined. There were places to go and things to do within walking distance allowing the teens to do their own thing if they wanted.
The house was incredibly clean and welcoming. We all loved having some space to unwind at the end of a busy day. The beds were SO comfortable. Amenities were provided that we didn’t even know we wanted like hot chocolate, white noise machines and a Bluetooth speaker. The beautiful outdoor space would have been used if we’d had nicer weather. Our host was wonderfully helpful and communicative with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. I guess we’ll have to plan another stay!

We had an Amazing stay! The house was in a great location, we walked to most everything including a grocery store. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and beautiful weather, but were close to everything. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for all the little things you did to make the house welcoming! Even a welcome basket with thoughtful Wisconsin stuff.

This was our first Vrbo experience and it was amazing! Our host was very communicative and fast with responses to our questions. The house was EXACTLY as described and exactly like the pictures showed. It was super clean and tidy and have literally everything we needed! We did some cooking for a few meals and she had all if the dishes and pots/pans etc that we needed. We brought some grocery items with us, so it was perfect!
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, perfect for families. But the best thing is that you're only a block from all the downtown activities and shops! We walked and it was really nice being so close, but yet you don't realize you're actually that close because it's such a quiet neighborhood.
The beds were SO comfy!! Pillows too! Furniture was equally as comfortable and everything was so clean! Like you really just felt like you were at home, loved it! The porch is beautiful and it was really lovely to have that to use.
Like my title says-this is literally the perfect place to stay while you're visiting The Dells! And I would give 10 stars if I could! Not one single complaint or issue and that's so rare!! I would highly recommend this property to friends and family visiting the area!

Great house for a family getaway. Close enough to walk to Broadway but far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and stocked with anything you could need. Great outdoor area to relax. Would definitely stay there again!!

My husband and I wanted to visit the Dells for the first time as a mini vacation. We stayed three nights at the property and it was absolutely lovely. Communication with the owner was always quick and helpful and check-in was a breeze.
The home is very spacious, definitely more than enough space for a family retreat. The house was impeccably clean. We didn’t need to do any cooking in either of the large kitchens, but they were well equipped with anything one might need. The bedrooms had a large TV, a fan, a sound machine, phone chargers, excellent mattresses and pillows, and bedside lighting. The bathrooms were clean, each had great lighting for makeup, plenty of towels and linens, shampoo conditioner and body wash, and hair dryers. The living rooms had comfortable seating, TV, games, and they were the perfect place to kick back after a fun day of exploring.
Lastly, the location of this home is AMAZING. It is one block from downtown and it’s an easy walk to the quaint shops and restaurants lining Broadway. Overall, this was an amazing stay and I hated to leave!

Absolutely in Awe of this house! My friends and family had so many compliments to say about the home. The house was stocked with with everything you might need! The owner was so helpful and answered any questions I had. The location was perfect! In walking distance of restaurants and various attractions.

Our stay in Andrea’s house was exceptional and we could not be more grateful. We rented out the entire residence as it was for a larger family, and both floors were extremely clean, looked gorgeous and updated, and a perfect size for our family. The location could not have been better, as we were able to walk down the street and were already on the strip! Andrea thought of any and every amenity we could think of, including complimentary water, wine, and chocolates, k-cups, and even a highchair for our little one.
This was one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at and look forward to visiting again. From a substantial TV in every room, to the ability to login to our own streaming platforms, and a huge wrap around porch complete with string lights. We did not experience a single issue during our stay, but Andrea was available and reached out to ensure we knew to contact her if anything came up. Do not miss out on an opportunity to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Loved the big front porch! Was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. This property is in a neighborhood within walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. It's a charming older home that has been completely updated, so was a super-great option for our stay. Hope to stay there again on our next trip!
