Cozy room and enjoyed the kitchen facilities

Privacy was top notch

Difficulty regulating the shower temperature and room radiator/heater stopped working in the morning.

Loud and unsafe

It was exceptionally clean in all areas. Very well maintained. Like new.

1. The front door is a locked by a key. If we had to get out in an emergency, if we lost or misplaced the key, this would prevent us being able to leave. This is exceptionally unsafe. The owner needs to change the lock to a turn key one so quests can leave without the need for a key. This is an urgent matter. 2. Noise. We stayed room 3. 1st night we heard a couple banging each other for quite sone time. The vocal noise, the impact sounds and the music! I felt physically sick! We also had to hear every Pyrex of music they played, each TV programme and hear them talking about their plans for the weekend. We also heard them going outside for cigarettes every 45-60 minutes. Door opened, slammed closed and them then thudding down x2 sets of stairs. The noise has been horrendous on both nights. 3. It’s now 00.23 23/09/23 and I’m having to listen to room 4’s TV, the man in there coughing his ring pieces up and hear him mane comments about the film to a lady. The column keeps increasing on key parts of the programme which sounds like a war film? Bang goes the guns, explosions of sone kind and music with it too. Great, simply great at this hour! Summary: The sound insulation is absent. The front door lock causes me huge concern The poor parking provision.

What a lovely place! Owned and refurbished by two builders, immaculate throughout. Cleaner is there every day. Owners very helpful . Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room In a quiet area, good wifi, nice TV with good reception. Although I only had phone contact with the owner, he was very pleasant and helpful.

A bit further away from the town centre than I had expected, not many shops nearby.

Great clean room can’t complain. Shower was cold which I personally like that may of been something I was doing.

Personal pretence I think some small sachets off tea coffee and milk would be a good idea like in hotels. Their was some decaf coffee though. That’s just me moaning

Good value for money.

The room was clean and overall the house was very well from inside. Seemed newly refurbished. Full marks for that.

The area seemed a bit dodgy. I had no bad experience so no criticism. It just made me a little uncomfortable. Again this should not be looked upon as a negative comment. It's subjective.

Great place for a short-term stay! Amazing and helpful hosts!

Very nice property that is located at a nice residential area. The hosts were amazing and were really helpful. The facilities also were amazing.

I think the WiFi could have been better.

Very easy instructions for retreaving key. Very clean and comfortable. Free WIFI too. Would not say it's a romantic break (purely as one question on feedback asked that) Would definitely use again if ever in the area. Definitely recommend.

Only one pillow each. Not an issue for some.
