This property had the most perfect location. Right off the beach, boardwalk, and shops/downtown. We honestly never needed to drive anywhere. There were two parking spots provided which was amazing. AND you get access to the Atlantic Sands Resort Pool with this booking! Literally, everything we could ask for. Proximity, parking, pool, beach, and boardwalk. The only downside is we didn’t have WiFi for half of our stay. However, it was easy to get a customer service rep whenever there was an issue/question.

The condo is extremely well located and perfect for a large group. We easily moved from the condo to the beach, Main Street, and back again. The condo offered excellent gathering space for the group, especially the kitchen which was large enough to comfortably accommodate 4 cooks. The bedrooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Overall a great spot for a relaxed vacation.

Very spacious and comfortable. Super convenient with less than a block to the beach and being only a block away from the main strip that has abundant shopping and restaurant options. Nice outdoor seating. No hassle of finding a parking space, with reserved parking in the lot! Look forward to booking again in the future!

Loved the spaciousness of the unit and its extremely walkable location to all downtown Rehoboth has to offer. And it is right in the Clear Space theater building where we took in a fantastic local theater production! Maybe a downside would be lack of an outdoor space (porch or balcony) and if you object to carting your stuff up a flight of stairs this place would not be a good choice. Overall my family of 5 was very pleased with these accomodations.

The condo was fantastic!! spacious, clean and comfortable! furniture was in good condition, kitchen had everything from glassware to dishes to silverware and much more! I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location! Love that you can walk everywhere and not worry about driving til it's time to leave. Kitchen was stocked and plenty of room for any items you bring from home. Rooms were very spacious and lots of closet/storage space. For the price and steep cleaning fee I was expecting the rental to be in better shape than it was, could use a thorough cleaning but overall we enjoyed for the short amount of time we were there. Had some issues with creepy crawlers but owner said it would be addressed. It is noisy at night but nothing a sound machine can't fix. Being in town it is expected. Beds are comfortable and love that linens are provided. We would stay here again.

The listing states this is on the first floor. This is true, but you do have a full staircase and a short one to get to the listing. It was tough getting all our stuff up the steps. The place is large and it was clean. Mostly quiet, except when the theatre next to the primary bedroom empties out.

I loved everything about this property super spacious, rooms are big, everything was very clean. The location is great very convenient and accessible to everything in rehoboth! It includes all linens and towels which is very convenient. Maintenance and rental property service were very responsive. The only flaw would be there isn`t much of a view from the apartment but if that doesn`t bother you this is a great place to stay! Really enjoyed our stay here! We’ve stayed at many different places and this was one of our favorites. Excellent location. It’s within walking distance to everything. Place is beautiful, rooms are larger than normal, closets are huge!!! One minor issue after it rained and it was fixed immediately. Would stay here again. This rental was everything we were looking for in a beach vacation. Less than a block to the boardwalk, enough room and storage for the whole family, and very clean and spacious rooms. We spent a long weekend here with a toddler, infant, and grandparents. The open floor-plan layout was great for everyone. I would love to stay here again.
