About this apartment rental
1 bedroom flat for holidays on the 1st line of Praia da Rocha with sea and beach view, fully furnished and equipped. Inserted in a condominium with 2 swimming pools and only 40 m from the beach.
Property composed of: entrance hall, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and air conditioning (cold and hot), living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette.

NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be collected as a payment by credit card, Revolut, cash or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total price and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
-Water, electricity and gas consumption costs (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for a 30-day reservation).
The meter readings are taken at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the deposit.

Beautiful accommodation in a prime location! We loved that we could walk out the front door and have immediate access to so many restaurants and little shop in addition to the beach. The room itself was very clean and tidy, they even came once during our week accommodation to do a quick clean which was lovely! Lastly we travelled with our 5 month old, and they provided us with a baby bed, tub and high chair which was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this stay if you are travelling to the area:)

View from the balconies was spectacular! Close to a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, and an easy walk down to the beach. The room was super clean and very well equipped with everything we needed, plus a few nice extras we weren’t expecting. The building itself is a bit dated, especially the elevators, but the room furniture and appliances seemed almost brand new.

Great view, nice condo. Noisy at night when people come home from the bar at 3 or 4 in the morning. Usual parking spot was to small for our car and there is no way we could have used it. Thankfully, we were able to use another spacious spot which worked well. Parking is dark and confusing- would recommend adding a map of parking and location of lights to help find our car and best way to get out. Cash deposit is difficult for non EU people with the high exchange rates. Would prefer using credit card for deposit, if possible.
