About this apartment rental
Great 1-bedr. flat for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with spectacular views of the beach and sea, in a private condominium with swimming pool (children and adults), fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 50 metres from the beach.
Property consists of: bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed (for 2 people), air conditioning throughout the flat (hot and cold), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs, to enjoy your holiday.
Within walking distance of the flat there are bars, discos, restaurants, shopping areas, etc (beach area).
The flat has 1 parking space in the garage.
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be collected as a cash payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The refund must be made within 3 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.
- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
-Water, electricity and gas consumption charges (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.

Weekly cleaning, close to everything including grocery store and beach. Easy to communicate with management. Very reactive and open.
The balcony size is great. Very well oriented.
The appartement itself needs to be updated. Old appliances, old washroom, small tv and cheap bed and cheap table set on the balcony.

I love this apartment and its incredible ocean view. I also enjoy the communication style with the Nuris staff. They are very responsive via WhatsApp.
The bed in this apartments needs to be replaced with a more comfortable one.
Also, please post directions on how to use the electric oven. I was never able to use it as it is very different from the ones we have in the US.

Sweeping sea view
The location was fantastic for the sea view and very convenient for the supermarkets and shops nearby. The flat is well equipped and comfortable for a perfect stay.

Apartamento excelente, com uma vista espetacular para a praia da rocha, nas duas varandas. Para ir à praia é só passar a rua e descer as escadas, tendo duas crianças é muito bom. Para além disso tem a piscina. Tem tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar em casa e um bom isolamento. Nota 10.
O horário de saída, deveria ser alargado conforme disponibilidade. Sempre dava para aproveitar mais um bocadinho. Fica a dica.

É só descer umas escadas do outro lado e estamos na bela Praia da Rocha!
Este ano, a rua está mais calma, por isso, ainda é melhor!

O apartamento tem uma localização excelente, de frente para a praia e com lugar de estacionamento na garagem.
Mas o que o distingue dos restantes é de facto o serviço prestado pela Nuri2U.O processo de reserva muito profissional, o atendimento à chegada muito cuidado e a limpeza e o cuidado com o apartamento execepcional. Ao nível de um hotel. Uma palavra de apreço para a governanta que é muito profissional.
