This is truly a wonderfully different home, and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast. This is the sister (and neighboring home) to MIDCENTURY MANOR, so get a few groups of people together and rent them both!

This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. The living room has a couch & chair and features a 70" Smart TV. The dining room is just steps away in a separate casita for an intimate dining experience. The kitchen is small, but big in all the right ways! Professional Wolf range and stainless appliances. Small appliances include Wolf toaster oven, Keurig duo coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, Insta-pot pressure cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, & toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and dishes. Both bedrooms feature King size beds and smart TVs. The full bathrooms include custom expansive, walk-in showers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and steamer. The outdoor backyard space features a 4 person spa, seating area and fire pit, or grill it up on the gas BBQ. Also enjoy Board games, books, & bluetooth speaker. The cottage is down a driveway and beside a large tree. The layout is that of a cottage complete with a dining area in glass two steps out the front door. The TVs are everywhere and exceptionally large. The names on the appliances are high end. The beds are truly king that you melt into. A truly well designed, well appointed cozy cottage.

We used this home for 3 nights to explore the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine areas. We were two couples who have been friends for years. It had two very comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms. All the amenities you could possibly want. Very very well appointed. Nice quiet neighborhood close to all you need. The kitchen was very well equipped. Clean, modern…..excellent place for our getaway.

We rented the back house of this property and had an amazing time. Private spa and fire pit were great to relax in. The back house is small but comfortable for two couples. We slept in two very comfortable king size beds each with their own bathrooms. Kitchen had very nice appliances and a large TV for entertainment. Loved the location, it was a nice walk or quick Uber to downtown for dinner and cute little breakfast places even closer by to the house. Overall I’d highly recommend this house if looking for somewhere for up to 4 adults to stay in!

This was a great place - very clean and well furnished. The separate dining area was a bit awkward but we didn’t utilize it given the proximity to the many restaurants downtown. The ping pong table was an added bonus! We also appreciated the filtered water system. The hosts were very communicative and check in/check out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

This is a delightful cottage with charm and thoughtful amenities. The outside areas are lovely. We did not use the hot tub but it was ready to go and looked so inviting! This is a quiet neighborhood with easy parking and access to rental is easy and private as well. Wonderful stay in Paso!

This property was perfect for our visit to Paso! It's the perfect size for two couples, with separate beds/baths, but great shared common spaces indoor and out. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, grill and fun dining casita. The rental was spotless, well-furnished, has a fully stocked chef's kitchen, and is so well-appointed with hospitality details (extra blankets and towels, toiletries, coffee choices, etc.). Walkable to the heart of downtown Paso and a short drive to all surrounding Paso wineries. It's tucked behind the main house which makes it private and quiet. We loved it!

Someone obviously cares about this property. After all, who puts Wolf appliances, valuable vintage furniture, 3 options for making a cup of coffee and expensive shampoo in a rental unit? These owners, that’s who! The weather was a little too cold and rainy to spend much time in the hot tub or around the fire pit but those amenities were also appreciated. Oh, and in case you want to make a batch of cookies, there’s a Kitchen Aid mixer. Looking for beer glasses? They’re already chilling in the freezer.

This was a perfect property for two couples looking to enjoy Paso Robles. We spent our days out wine tasting and enjoyed coming back to the hot tub in the evening. We were able to walk to dinner and the cute downtown, which made things very easy. The set-up of two beds, two baths is perfect for two couples and the completly separate dining room was perfect when someone needed some space for a bit of work. It was also great for playing games. We would highly recommend this spot and look forward to booking it again in the future.

Owners of this cottage really care about their guest comfort. Well supplied kitchen. This is a guest house behind the main house and there are motion sensor lights which help to get to the door at night. The location is near downtown in a pleasant residential neighborhood. Check in was easy. Guests should be aware that the only dining table is located in a separate building just steps away. The television uses Roku which means you only have access to streaming services. The microwave has to be moved from a lower cupboard to be used.

We really appreciated the extras… spices, coffee, bathroom extras, the info on Paso left in the property, etc. The home was adorable…updated, comfortable, clean, plenty of NICE towels. Great upgraded appliances and a well stocked kitchen. Centrally located. The only bummer was the dang weather. It rained the whole time…otherwise we would have definitely enjoyed the outdoor seating area with the firepit. We will definitely stay here again the next time we take a long weekend trip to wine country.

Convenient location. The kitchen was fine. Well equipped. But the heating system was terrible. We called the manager and told her that the house was cold. She came over when we were out, and told us she reset the three heat pumps. I went out and bought a temperature gauge. On Friday night it dropped to 30 degrees and the temperature in the living room was only 64 degrees even though the thermostats were all set to 78. It made no difference. Also the washing machine was had mould inside. So good and bad.

The property looked even better than it did in the listing. It’s easy walking distance to town. We shared this with another couple and we all had plenty of room. The outside spa was a nice bonus and the outside separate dining room was fun too. We had a little trouble figuring out the coffee makers but did eventually. The house was super clean and well equipped. We’ll be back

Highly recommend. Place was exactly as described, clean, and kitted out extremely well with many nice touches including appliances, decor, supplies, and other amenities. Better than some luxury hotels. Amazing space for 2-4 Adults centrally located an easy 5-10 min walk to downtown Paso Robles shops, bars, and restaurants. Convenient to the highway as well for the plethora of wineries in the area. Great outdoor space with a firepit, grill, hot tub and ping pong table. Loved the Annex Dining Room for breakfast/lunch before a day of easy wine tasting in Paso Robles. Hosts were responsive, professional, and very pleasant. Highly recommend for a Paso Robles vacation.

We had a wonderful time in this little condo place. Just my wife and I so we had plenty of room. Nice laundry room and kitchen. We also loved the little fire pit…very private quite and cozy. Only small neg is the parking is a bit tight with a guest in the house up front. We had a great time is Paso Robles… would love to see a EV Charger or outdoor plug so we could charge our Hybrid rental car. Great place we will be back.

A great spot for a long weekend away! The walk to downtown is quick and easy- the house had everything we need and we even enjoyed cooking a few meals in and enjoying wine on the patio in the evenings. The property was stocked with everything we needed and then some and it was the perfect location for our family!

What a great property! Our hosts considered everything to make our stay special. The house is spotless and charming and the mid century modern decor is so much fun. Bathrooms and bedrooms are perfect and all the amenities the hosts left were special and appreciated. Great kitchen too. The location is ideal for walking to town and we enjoyed the games available for guests. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer as we were only passing through.
