Front patio was nice and comfortable for a group of six (although there were only five chairs on the patio so we had to use a chair from the dining table).
The home is divided and shared with a suite (3-bedroom one side, studio? on the other). The walls are PAPER THIN. From 10:00pm past midnight we could hear every word of the conversation of the other renters through the walls. Backyard gate was inoperable from the front. We had to reach over and open from the inside. The grounds were a dirty MESS, and very neglected. Should the tenants want to use the backyard, they are not allowed on the back patio, as that is reserved for the suite guests. It would be very awkward to share the same space, as there is NO PRIVACY whatsoever. Nothing in the yard was in clean usable condition so we didn't even entertain the idea of trying to use the backyard. There is no oven (only a countertop mini-oven) in the three-bedroom unit. A/C is controlled remotely. Both nights the A/C increased to 78 degrees. Much too warm to be comfortable. The absolute worst part of the experience was the communication following our check-out. We were texted stating that the dog had made a mess of the room and there were dog poop stains on a blanket. (The dog had his own bedding from home. The blanket was not used, as the temperature inside the unit was too warm at night.) I would happily take responsibility for any dog damages, and was completely shocked to recieve a text with false claims. I understand it's a case of he said/she said, their word against mine, but there was never an attempt to clarify or seek understanding. The fact is, I was falsely accused and threatened with action of "filing a complaint" with booking.com. I asked to speak with the owner, so we could discuss and resolve the concerns, but only received text messages. I was told that housekeeping took before and after pictures of the furnishings, so I requested to see the photos. The photos were never received. This whole experience really felt like I was being scammed by the owner, wanting to get more money for something that never occurred.

Home was very clean and perfect for our stay. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and that is frequently a problem for me especially. Communication with staff was timely, prompt, friendly and very professional. Appreciated the ability to use the outdoor grill. Front patio is spacious. Happy there were 6 chairs at the dining table instead of 4 which seems more common. Appreciated the nicely stocked coffee bar with ground Starbucks coffee provided. Coffee pot is an 8 cup machine. No standard size oven but toaster oven worked just fine and met our needs. Happy for the nice 4 burner gas stove. Everything went very well for us and if we choose to visit Payson in the future we would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Master bedroom mattress was super hard . So we slept in a different bedroom. It wasn't a problem doing that, in fact that bed was super comfy!

Very convenient location and easy to get to everything in town. The house was a great size and very clean.
The house is located on the corner of a VERY busy 4 way stop. The traffic (and alot of it) starts at about 5am. So my advice would be to bring earplugs especially if you sleep in one of the two bedrooms that face the street.

Clean and plenty of space.
Seating in Living room. A rocker/recliner and another couch/love seat for comfortable seating.

The private home is large and beds were very good. The kitchen was well stocked even with coffee and creamers etc. They even had a few water bottles in the frig. Nice stainless appliances. You could stay for a long time in the facilities. Washer and dryer here too. Owner wants you to wash your sheets and towels, and dishes before you leave but we only had time to start the load of towels. Felt that was odd. Very clean. Big front porch was really nice.
We could not get in with the pin code. Owner said it was due to the heat but that still gave us a problem.. Finally the manager had to come one time and she had trouble with it too. But owner responded within 15 minutes for any problem we had. Also there is still a big gap under the front door even though a previous guest from quite awhile ago mentioned it and they stated it was fixed. It is not. There are little lizards outside that can come in easily. It is on a very noisy corner and bring an eye mask for sleeping past dawn because the master and one other bedroom is very bright. Fireplace is disabled. Parking is a little inconvenient because it is on the side of the house and even if you park in the street you have to cross gravel. Not a big deal if you are young.

Nothing ...it was all great

We loved all of the amenities they offered, from free and secure Wi-Fi to a printer, to lots of choices for shampoo, body wash, lotions, etc. Providing us with some cold bottled water and snacks was especially nice.
The mattresses. They are getting older and starting to sag in the middle. Was able to sleep okay, but new ones would make it even better. The house is very conveniently located, and we loved that, but there was a fair bit of traffic noise (both my spous and I are very light sleepers, though, so others may not be bothered).

Home had everything you need. Just bring your clothes and food. Good location, comfortable home.
Air conditioner didn't work last two days. Home is at a busy intersection so it's pretty noisy. I understand an air-conditioning can go out any time. No fault of owner but it was near 100 and on 4th of July weekend.

Clean and convenient.
Very busy corner, lots of loud trucks. We didn't know we didn't have access to the back yard until the morning of the visit. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to know at time of booking.

The kitchen was fully stocked. Comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the board games that were kept available for the guests. The host was available immediately even a bit late in the evening over phone , to respond to a 2nd car parking question, as well as respond right away by text to an entry door issue.

Location was central with a gas station/quick mart (Maverik) nearby. It was spacious.
The parking was weird. There is an apartment attached in the back (no problem) and the driveway is by their entrance. There isn't parking in front at the rental entrance.

We loved the beds, the star stickers, the quiet neighborhood, the host response time, the amenities in the house and the little touches like the soaps, the board games and the chocolate kisses
The keypad battery was going low so we had to fight it a bit. The front door also had a huge gap in it, allowing for the cold air to flow in. Once I fixed that with a towel, the house warmed up nicely.

We loved everything about Hidden Gem and would definitely go there again. Payson, Arizona was close for our Family to come and spend the day to have Love Connection! We have moved to the Tennessee area so Wonderful Vacation with all our 💕 ones! Priced nicely! Great to have our Home away from Home! There is much to do in Payson too!
