Great hotel in payson. The best I’ve stayed at there.

Good location and Culver’s is next door. The pool was nice and everything was walking distance. The owner let us use the swing outside and it was fun.

The paint job in the bathroom looks rough.

Very good

Staff was really nice, everything was pretty clean. Would recommend, honestly it was better than I expected for the price i paid.

Parking trucks is a little hard because of the small parking lot.

Close to where we needed to be and was decently priced! Pool was amazing wish it was deeper and a little bit bigger. Room was very clean great job house keeping! Easy check in and check out!

It would be nice to have king bedrooms / suites available for tall people and couples like myself. The bed was too small, and that made for terrible rest or sleep during our stay. The breakfast is not a breakfast, no eggs, no meats, just toast you can make, little cups for cerea,l which shouldn't even be considered breakfast, and apples / bananas, great valua low fat yogurt 🤢, 2 choices of creamer. I get it's not the Hampton Inn, but if you say continental breakfast, then you should have one! Need to fix the gate for the pool, as it's tricky at first to get in, should have a key card for it to open for access. Finally, the white night worker shouldn't be bring is poor husky mix and his living trailer to work parking it out front and leaving his dog in his truck all damn day / night! It was hot 100 plus that poor dog needs air conditioning and not trapped in a trailer or truck! That really pissed me off! Plus he was off, I don't like to be that judgmental, but dude kept looking at my 14yr old girl while we were in the pool, and idk if he has a disability or did to much meth in his time, but he was about to get his eyes gouged out!

we made the best out of a bad situation.

Upon arrival we had a dead lizard in our room!Manager was very rude. asked for room to be sweeper trashed throw and fresh towels everyday only happened once! manager was very rude. we were there for a baseball tournament with multiple families and we’re trying to eat dinner together and manager was making it very uncomfortable. we were watch by managers family while all our children were swimming in the pool.

Fraud

Nothing.

They want to charge $1800 as part of the booking, it's been 3 months not and they still can't refund me the $185 that I paid for booking the room. Something stinks about them. I do not recommend working with them.

I liked the location of my room and there were a couple of restaurants close by

We had a problem with the door lock. The owner took time to fix it so we didn't need to change rooms. Done quickly and efficiently

Very good

My room was large and clean. there was a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator in the room.

If you’re walking, it’s a bit far from the main road where more stores and restaurants are located. I wished they had a laundry room on site.

Ross at the front desk is a great person running this place! He set the tone for a great couple days stay.

Good place to rest!

The price was reasonable. The location was quiet.

The breakfast was disappointing. A dirty waffle maker. No continental breakfast. Just a brown bag short of a grab and go. Coffee tasted like it was recycled.

Moving day to Payson

Friendly service and super clean and a comfortable king bed.

Shower needed a new know, but the staff was able to fix in quick and in a timely manner.

The location.

The bathroom was cold & the toilet wasn't sanitized. Hot sink water took a long time to get hot. Only one chair for the table.

We will not be using this hotel in the future

my family stayed 2 nights, the first night the tv would not work right . We had a love seat in our room, we used this to watch what we could on the tv. We went sight seeing the second day, when we returned the hotel I ask about the tv, the lady at the desk walked to my room with me. My key cards would no longer open the door. The desk clerk went and retrieved new cards. Once in the room we saw that someone had been in our room. The love seat had been remove and a rollaway bed was in its place. I thought the mades, but the beds remained unmade the trash was still full.

Room was still available. Clean room.

Arrived at 10:45 pm. Lobby closed, sign says press button, which I did about 10 times so finally I called. The guy that answer says "yes". I tell him "I'm at the door" and he comes back with "press the button" which I reply with " I have several times". As I'm pressing the button. He finally comes out to unlock door. Good thing I woke him up, there was another customer that was right behind me.
