Love this place, so relaxing!!

Everything, the rooms and beds are great, breakfast in the morning is good and it's not far from anything. My favorite part are the little patios out your back door. The staff is great from reception, housekeeping to the breakfast attendant.

That I had to go home.

We had a lovely time in Payson. The Majestic Mountain Inn was a pleasant place to stay.

The room wasn't cramped, a nice size, not fancy but comfortable. Enjoyed the little coffee maker....the hot cocoa was delightful. We had everything we needed

There wasn't any ice cream shops close by. :-(. The sheets on the bed were clean but not soft.

Superb

I love this place. It is such a welcome surprise every time we come. Apparently there are some new owners and they are doing a great job! They have installed the employee with a 'can do' attitude and overall I think this is the best place in Payson. The breakfast is quite good and you cannot beat the town location. I highly recommend them.

I enjoyed the stay.

It was a clean room, and pretty quiet area.

I was locked out of my room a few times due to the access card not working. it was raining outside, and it took a while to get help from staff.

A very great place to propose.

The room was beautiful. The fireplace and the snow falling outside the window was very romantic. It was the perfect setting for me to propose to my fiance.

The only problem we had with the room was that the bed was really hard. I have metal in both legs so by morning my hip and leg were hurting so bad I could barely walk.

the in room hot tub was the only good part

smells like cigarettes everywhere... and the building attached to the office has people sitting in front the doors like it's a motel 5

Amazingly friendly and well kept

The service was amazing. We had a late arrival due to delayed flights and they accommodated us. We also had camping equipment delivered to the hotel and they sorted out receiving and storing the package. The place was clean, tidy. Good sized rooms. Great breakfast. Thank you!

Very good

A very comfortable, spacious room, a nice comfortable rocking chair to enjoy a beer in on the porch looking at a nice garden area. Excellent steakhouse 100yds up the road and nice location for an overnight in Payson.

Clean room but less than clean food station for free breakfast.

They did an excellent job cleaning our room and inspected it for peanuts since I am allergic. I really appreciate the extra effort made for my safety.

Ceiling fan did not work, not the end of the world since it is early spring. Unfortunately, the breakfast station was not very clean. We arrive within minutes of opening each day and there was dried batter on the walls and cobwebs hanging 8 inches long over the waffle station.

Loved our stay.

The small porch with 2 chairs and a small table that was at the back of the room. Most rooms had a patio or balcony, but not all. Tall beautiful trees by the patios. The gas fireplace was nice. The spa bath was relaxing.

I didn't like that the window with screen isn't able to be opened. This was the only thing that I could think of. Very minor thing.

Relaxing and comfortable. Very peaceful stay. Highly recommend

The breakfast buffet was great. Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the stoned fireplace in the deluxe queen beds room.
