Lovely hotel! Great location for us. We didn’t mind walking to all the attractions but keep in mind the shortest walk was still 20 minutes. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The elevator was very small, could only fit two people at a time. I’m claustrophobic but I managed

It is not a luxury hotel, but if location is important, then it is a very good choice! The location is no less than fantastic, quiet yet right in the mideaval center of Rome and only 2. Our room was large and clean, the staff was always pleasant and service-minded and the mideaval building with its genuine Italian atmosphere is very charming.

For the price it matched my expectations

The staff were so lovely and helpful, they were always eager to help us, had a very good time! The location is perfect literally 10 mins walking to all ancient cites and the city centre!

The room was ok though a bit cold when entered. The heating system is operated starting 20;00 and at low grade than expected due to the gas drop in Europe.
The room had very small window that couldn't open! The first day there was no hot water in the bathroom. After asking the reception, the second day they provided me with another room which had hot water. The TV set in the new room was quite small and distant from the bed.

location, 24 hour access, staff very friendly and helpful.
It was just all a bit odd! im not quite sure what it was?!
No kitchen to use as not hostel, no kettle in room; but they come and do room service everyday and change towels which feels unnecessary. No handsoap in room, but there was shampoo?? It was pretty cold in our room as the weather was just changing, but no heating working. Would not stay again.

The staff was very friendly, I felt safe, a GREAT location and the vibe was there! Starting with the picture of Pope Francis.
The rooms were outdated. This would be fine if the bed were comfortable. They did have airconditioning, which I was greatful for.
2.0 / 5.0
The location was great, very handy to walk to the main sights.
Management refused to allow us to use the air conditioning, despite it being 25 degrees. They claimed it was too expensive for them to run it. The hotel was expensive at over £200 a night. The room was incredibly hot and stuffy and very little air/breeze came in through the small window. We both slept terribly as a result. The hotel is quite run down and the bathroom was in need of refurbishment. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, we had to buy our own. I would expect a higher standard of hotel for the cost.

Excellent location, close enough for things to be accessible but tucked away enough so as not to be overwhelmed by other tourists. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable clean rooms.
Shampoo was provided in the room but no hand soap, which would have been useful. Also a shower cap would have been nice. The tv didn't seem to work.

Amazing location in a very nice area of Rome. We basically walked within max 30 minutes to every major sight in Rome. The personal is great too!

Cool spot.
I had to catch an early flight, and I was waiting in the lobby at 5 minutes to 7 am, and I badly needed coffee.
The desk clerk said, no, they didn't start serving or "dont open" until 7.
Five minutes? Couldn't make a coffee?
There were people in the back who could have rustled up a cup of coffee for a weary traveler.
I dont understand that level of disregard or laziness or mindless perfunctory..
Other than that, nice place.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The elevator worked well. There was a chapel downstairs and lots of Catholic memorabilia.
Parking could have been closer.

Perfect location, we could walk to everything but slightly out of the way from the busy parts of Rome. We also enjoyed that it was so close to good restaurants in Trastevere.
It was good value for money. Clean and friendly staff. It has everything you need, but it is simple and not luxurious.

The location was great - tucked away in a little street of Trastevere and easy to find. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast in the morning was amazing, lots of variety: croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, hard boiled eggs, toast etc! Staff at breakfast were so lovely.
Our shower was missing a door so water was going everywhere.

The hotel is located in a great area and has a lovely garden/courtyard where you can enjoy your breakfast.
