Saramarie is a great hostess! She is very timely in responding to concerns and the cabin is well stocked. Her cabin is very cute, clean and decorated nicely. The back patio is a wonderful little retreat with it's waterfall. We really enjoyed being next to the forest and spent a lot of our time walking our dog on the numerous trails. The only con that I can think of is that the road noise from I-17 is quite loud when the windows are open in the cabin although the waterfall does help drown out the noise some.

Very clean and no detail was overlooked to make it a great stay.

Loved the property and access to flagstaff.

Beautiful cabin and nice location. It has everything you need. It was comfortable and perfect us. The view all around is beautiful.
Sara Pearson is wonderful host. 😊

We enjoyed out two nights at the cozy cabin. Cabin was larger than I thought, clean and warm. Great place to stay when traveling to Flagstaff.

We really liked this cabin! Just a family of four with 2 small kids and it was a good size for us. Host was very helpful last minute when we couldn’t fit the pack n play in our car. We liked the location and would love to go back in the spring when we could hike and enjoy the backyard.

The waterfall in the backyard was amazing. The hiking trails right outside the door are great. Great kitchen space

We loved our stay at this hidden gem. We unplugged, had lots of quality family time and really enjoyed seeing the different animals that came by. The waterfall is very relaxing! The house is clean and everything is labeled so you know where to look! Sara is an amazing host and responds quickly. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Wonderful.

Very clean and comfortable and the host was great at communication. Great back patio with a waterfall. Good home-base for exploring Flagstaff and the drive to Sedona isn't too bad either.

This is a very nice property. The owner has provided pretty much everything you could possibly need. This is the second time we have stayed here and we enjoyed our time once again. We did miss the waterfall/fountain tremendously because it is such a very cool feature (unfortunately it was under about 6 feet of snow at this time of year), but we made up for it in being able to take a few steps away from the cabin and be in the National Forest playing in the snow. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This house was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and spacious. We had a great stay!

This was our second stay. It snowed ten inches overnight. Beautiful. The owner had a crew out to remove the snow in the morning. If you’re staying while it may snow, make sure you have a snow-ready vehicle or tire chains. Road is very steep and driveway was just steep enough that we couldn’t get up in the snow without putting chains on. It’s not far to the highway where you probably won’t need chains, but you’ll need them to get there.
Owner is very responsive to messages. We were very comfortable looking at the snow outside and enjoyed walking through the snow around the area. Only fifteen minutes to Flagstaff.

We really enjoyed our time at Sara’s cabin. We are Washington transplants that now live in the Greater Phoenix area, so this cabin and its surroundings reminded us of the PNW 🌲. Overall the place was cleanly and well kept. The dog mom in me did wish there was a small fenced area or more accessible area for early morning / nighttime potty breaks - but I also understand it backs to national forest. The kitchen was stocked in terms of cooking pans and utensils, but seasonings were minimal. We did some meals on our own at the cabin and left condiments for future guests which I felt was important as when going on vacation, it’s nice not to have to pack or go out and buy such items. All in all a good stay and would certainly visit again when returning to Flagstaff.

Plenty of room for our 3 person family. Convenient location, clean space. Thank you!

Great cabin, very unexpected! Loved our stay. Good recommendations from host for hikes and food!

Nice neighborhood nestled in amongst the trees. Had privacy and feeling of being out in nature and the national forest but not secluded. Very close and easy drive to the downtown area . The house- beautifully decorated, classy, and comfortable. We felt right at home. The gas fireplace was used every night- what a treat!

We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location in the forest right outside of the busyness of Flagstaff. My family enjoyed all the comforts of home from Wi-Fi to comfy beds to a relaxing waterfall. We would definitely return again.

Nice spot to get away for a weekend and unwind. The waterfall was was enjoyable to listen to

The host covered all the bases. All switches were labeled. Clean beyond belief. My wife always wipes down surfaces when we arrive at rentals. On this one, the paper towels were always still white when she finished. Even wiping up some spilled drops of water off the floor left the paper towels white. Now, that’s as clean as it gets.
Nicely decorated with an appealing contemporary style.
The host took care of all the details including ear plugs and sleeping masks.
We also liked all the sensor equipped floodlights on the exterior.
The only other thing we would have liked is a TV in the bedroom.
Kudos to this host!!

Very clean, well decorated cabin. Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful fountain out back, covered patio in the front with swing and BBQ grill. House rules/instructions clearly posted. If you have a dog, they supply bowls, a tray to put them on, a dog bed and leash (in case you forgot yours 🤷🏻♂️😊). We had a very relaxing weekend and would rent this place again.

Lovely home. Host responded to our messages in well under an hour.

Beautiful, clean cabin on the edge of the forest. Close enough to enjoy Flagstaff without all the hassle of being downtown. Very peaceful.

Amazing property. Beautifully and tastefully done. Reasonable rules and restrictions. Quite neighborhood. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon. We wish we could have stayed longer, possibly forever.

We loved the house and especially the fountain. Was a bit surprised by the wet towels and dirty cup we found in the kitchen, but everything else was very clean and had lots of amenities - everything you could possibly need or want in the way of appliances..

Had a great time at the Kachina Village cabin. It is stocked with everything you need. The interior design makes you feel like you’re at home from the minute you walk in the door. The kitchen is the heart of this cabin and the huge island makes for a natural gathering spot. Of course the main attraction of this home is the incredible waterfall built into the hillside on the back patio. As an avid birdwatcher, it was amazing to sit there and watch all the birds that are attracted to the moving water. The great thing about the waterfall is that even though you are quite close to the I-17, you hardly ever hear the noise from the highway. Also, even though the artist studio rental is close to the cabin as well, this is still a private location. It was a much needed break from the triple digits down south in the valley.

Exceptional Get-away
We were exceptionally pleased with the cabin: clean as a whistle, many little extras, lovely yard, easy access to hiking. The sofa bed is wonderfully comfortable but takes a bit of muscle to open and close. We will visit here again.
