The stay was very good other than pretty slow food service at the bar and the item we had was ok but not excellent. They were busy but I thought the artichoke dip would be a quick item. Otherwise all was great.

Staying at this hotel every time I am in Chicago area. Absolutely perfect service and everything else. From the room’s comfort and cleanliness, the quality of soaps, shampoo and towels to pillows and bed comfort. And best kept secret is the food and view from restaurant. Great job team!! Will be back for sure.

Average, needs improvement. Check in was an issue, as the trainee at front desk upon check-in, gave use pass keys to wrong room. Booked us in 1036, neither key opened door, left my wife in hallway; went hack down; and gave us room 1035. Room needs updating, as tiny bathroom with high tub; and annoying non closing/locking pocket doors,( on tracks- not receding into walls); were clumsy without privacy. Property is nice and well kept, needs more intimate and secluded dining and cocktail lounge options.

Overall a great stay. A few spots in the room that weren't touched; may need a deep clean occasionally. The room was spacious and had a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was a little shocked that I couldn't add my Hilton Honors number to my stay due to it being a 3rd party reservation.

So while this resort is nice and convenient especially for the event we attended; we went during the global IT shutdown. The computers were not working, keycards couldn’t open doors nor charge card systems worked to make purchases. We had to be taken up to our room to be let in each time (entrance and departure) by security or other hotel staff. Big inconvenience but they tried their best. My only complaint is during this time a complimentary late check out would’ve been nice, maybe a meal complimentary ticket or even a discounted visit. We received nothing!!! So for that reason I gave 3 stars. My family and I spent a lot of money and had to wait 20-30 mins to get in out room each time. Totally inconvenient.

The restaurant was delicious. The pool area was perfect. We stayed for 5 nights, and we had a king suite with a separate living room with a queen size pull out bed. It was perfect for traveling with our teenage son. Getting in and Out of Chicago was exceptionally easy, and there were a lot of shopping opportunities directly around the resort. Honestly, an outstanding stay !

We chose this hotel for a quick one night stay before our flight home. The price on Expedia made a stay here a good value. The grounds of this property were beautiful. This is a resort hotel that sits right next to a golf course. It's a big hotel that hosts weddings, reunions, etc. We stayed on a Friday night and had no issues with noise. We were given a lovely room on the 5th floor that faced the golf course and had an amazing view. The room wasn't large, but had everything one would need. We appreciated the large tv, the lighted mirrors in the bathroom, and the very comfy bed. We had dinner offsite - there are many options <2 miles away on W. 22nd St. We thought Positano had very good Italian food. We would definitely recommend this comfortable hotel on beautiful grounds.

Check -In staff was very personable and helpful. There was a conference going on so I appreciate that he put me on the top floor away from any potential noise. My room was clean, quiet, and spacious and everything worked. Breakfast options were nice and not overly pricey. The restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly. Check out was a breeze. This was my 1st stay and I am pleased and will stay again next time I am in town.

The elevators don’t work, and they’re dirty when they finally do, the room was DIRTY you can tell it was vacuumed or anything, for the type of hotel this is it really should be cleaner.

The cleanliness of the rooms were not ideal. It seemed like the room wasn’t vacuumed or wiped down properly. We could see pieces of garbage in the middle of the room. The pool area was fine, but again did not seem properly maintained. The TV in the room was not a smart TV and had satellite cable (which seemed weird compared to the price and amenities typically offered and most other hotels nowadays). The cable cut out due to poor weather, so if you don’t bring your own HDMI cord, you really can’t do anything with the TV. It’s a 3-star hotel that lacked 2-star hotel amenities.
