The room was very clean and spacious. The location was good.
The TV in the living room did not work when using the remote. The TV in the bedroom kept losing signal to the point we had to call and complain. Finally, afterwards, it kept a signal. There was no elevator only stairs , and my bf is partially handicap. I'm not sure where the pool was located, was never told when checking in. The room had no coffee pot and breakfast don't start till 7 am.

I really love the setup and it’s def great for the price you pay. Breakfast was actually good especially for hotel food. Love the inner courtyard view from sliding glass door. They also went out of their way to give me singles to break my larger bills so my son could have some money in his Easter egg's for his hunt since it had to be done in a hotel instead of home. Large rooms, bed comfortable.
The pool should be open earlier, deeper cleaning would be good since there was popcorn and pop lids behind the tv stand. Aside from that it was clean.

The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was a very nice touch to the room. The bottom of the hot tub does need padding in it so you don't fall when getting out.
There were plenty of towels and the water stayed hot.
There were multiple exits and entrances near the rooms that you were staying in.
There were many options for breakfast and lots of seating areas either inside or outside.
There was tapping in my room (room 133) throughout the day and night right outside the bathroom. I had to use the AC and television in order to drown it out.
Breakfast was good until getting to the Biscuits and Gravy. It had a weird taste to them, and the gravy was cold.
They didn't allow you to take the breakfast food to your room even though you could bring food from other places to the room.
When I asked for the property owners information due to a double book issue, I was given a name but no direct number, and if I did want to call, it was going to be the landline number to the front desk (That gave me weird vibes).

There was breakfast
The hotel seemed like it hadn't been upkept in awhile. You could tell things were old. You could hear people in other rooms from our room and I didn't like hearing people argue. The pool had way too much chlorine and everyone (even people who weren't with us) were coughing excessively as soon as they got in the pool. My husband and I didn't get in the pool but we sat in there with our kids and our eyes were burning from all the chlorine so we had to leave earlier than we wanted.

It Cane with fresh breakfast and was very spacious
The rooms had ants very badly and the property didn’t do anything about it. Room also had a whole in the wall , when I called the front desk they brushed it off.

Me and my family have been traveling to this hotel for quite a few years rooms are almost always clean
Key cards to the rooms kept not working to many unattended kids took over the pool and staff not doing anything about it kids running up and down hallways all throughout the night and staff not as friendly as usual hallways smell like weed off and on and so much more but not really worth the fuss

nothing
everything dirty bed bugs mold

close to out relatives house, restaurants, stores and expressway
everything about the hotel has changed, it was remodeled and never quite finished. it’s more basic, no theme or style. Very drab. It doesn’t feel warm or inviting and no one is friendly here. Coffee machines and other nice appliances taken out of rooms, even pictures on walls.
This was a beautiful hotel once with a fireplace and nice breakfast area.

It was decent priced.
I was traveling with my daughter heading to Colorado. This hotel was priced decently but turns out was not a good spot to stay. When I walked into my room and turned the lights on I noticed the red led lights strung all around the ceiling around the bed and hot tub area so I didn't notice the mold. I slept in my clothes on top of the covers, but when I woke the next morning and opened the curtains I found black mold across the ceiling next to the window wall. Apparently the led lights hid the mold. I reported it to the desk upon check out but the response from the attendee was like "ok thanks for letting me know", but my daughter did a yelp review and apparently this mold issue has been reported before. So they just don't care.

location and price
The hotel itself was dingy throughout. Looked old and not maintained very well. The bedroom bed seemed clean, but on top of the bedspread was a stain that was hard and looked like dried blood. Inside the microwave which I warmed up my coffee was pizza toppings stuck to the glass. The wall switch in the bathroom didn’t work for my curling iron and there were stains on the floor. Not sure if it needed a wash or permanent stains. I was on the second floor and the hallway smelled like smoke even though there were signs up everywhere not to smoke. The breakfast was good, but People were lounging in the dining room and speaking loudly with curse words, and the person in charge didn’t ask them to watch what they were saying. It was pretty bad the F word every other word . I won’t be coming back here again.

I specifically asked for hotels and rooms that I could smoke in. I was very very upset. It was nonrefundable and there was no smoking. Then the coffee was like water when I walked into my room the room had the Aries conditioning on and it is of 34° outside, the air conditioning was on full blast then they wanted to deposit $100 deposit after I paid $90 and some change for the room
