Dirty, staff was rude when I made complaint .

The bar staff was nice and the view from the room was great

First room smelled like smoke and was dirty and for a handicap person . Had mold in the grout in the shower. Loud and bed was uncomfortable . Second room also had mold in the shower and the staff never came to clean the room, bring coffee , water etc. and the matress again was uncomfortable .

Nice hotel, staff is excellent and good location - not right in the heart of the shopping center.

Breakfast was quick and many options. Saturday the buffet was nice. Good service.

I tried to get a wake up call for an early flight on Sunday. The service only had a busy signal after many tries. I called to the desk and they said they would call at 5 am. No call ever came. Luckily, I woke up on my own and made the flight!

Very Clean and Comfortable

The inside pool and the room we were in was very clean and comfortable.

2 of the elevators were down on Memorial Day weekend. The WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE. And the wait for an elevator was very long everytime.

A peaceful moment.

CHELSEA was fabulous 👌!!! Reserved at the last minute after scary experience with Chicago Club and Suites. (Bates Motel!) Chelsea was friendly and professional. She was able to secure a great room for us. The view was so beautiful. I am grateful for the peaceful respite. Enjoyed food and beverage service, staff were very sweet. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Please don't ever do Groupon!! Tell the BOD. I remember Indian Lakes. Enough said.

Great hotel for a family weekend or business travel.

Location and pretty facilities. Free parking. Restaurant had great food and service. Front desk was quick and courteous.

Wish room had more seating. There was only one chair with quesito al stains and one office chair. The coffee shop had extremely limited service.

The hotel forces you to have 100% deposit at check in, even if I already paid for the full stay in advance. Such a convenience when you are going for business and you live in countries where mainly debit cards are used.

Outside of the bad night sleep it was good

Location and amenities especially the pool

The room across the hall was extremely noisy and kids kept knocking on our door. It took calls to the front desk over 2 hours(1130pm-130am) before it stopped. Horrible sleep on night 1

Won't go back!

Pool was nice

The nightly rate was outrageous but it was a convention. Bathroom was teeny-tiny. Elevators constantly malfunctioned. Signage was awful - could never find anything. Restaurant was not big enough to handle the press of people.

Great hotel in a great location.

Great view from room, great decor, large room, clean, friendly staff, lots of parking in well-lit parking lot. One of the best hotels in this price range I have ever stayed at! Will stay again!

Only complaint - people talking and laughing loudly in hallway at 6:15 a.m. but that is not the fault of the hotel, just ignorant people.

elevators are terrible. takes over 10 minutes to get an elevator if one even comes. talked to staff and they said walk up or down steps to next floor to see if it will come. this 3rd year we been there and has been same every time. will look else where next year

Disappointed, felt judged and I’m not coming back.

the pool was nice. The waitress that I had was very lovely and friendly and was able to recommend places to shop.

rest of the staff was not friendly, I felt judged. the elevators were broken, there was no sauna when I was told there was one. the limitations on creamer, towels and coffee were ridiculous compared to the hotels my friends stayed at I wish I never spent the money I did at this hotel. I’m not someone who makes less than $30,000/year I make well over $100,000/year and hate that I spent more at this hotel then my friends who stayed at the delta. (there room was bigger, and had way more accommodations for half the price) Not worth coming back to this location - I was expecting the same service I received when I called the Hilton but I am guessing it is a call Center not the hotel itself.

Too much chlorine in water. Elevators button does not work it took too long not knowing cuz the lights are not working. Mattress were not comfortable.
