All the personnel - I mean everyone, including staff simply walking by - like Winston, pushing beverages, were very customer service oriented and engaging. The location was extremely convenient to my work at UMMC and the parking was very easy. The reason for my 4 stars vs 5 is due to the shower being cold (which was reported & evident that it would be looked into) and the TV channels only being 'analog' vs cable or streaming.

Overall my stay was pleasant. The staff was attentive. The room itself Heating/Air was extra noisy and not easy to under how to work it. Parking garage had very little handicap parking on 1st level.Parking garage doesn't have security measures visible so walking to and from vehicle was unsafe with squatters visible.

Hotel was clean. Booked a king room, room we had was two full sized beds but everything else was booked. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Housekeeping started knocking on door at 8am when checkout was noon. Wasn’t awful, wasn’t great.

Pictured ellipticals on website were not there. Furniture was shabby. Room was very small. Few electrical outlets and very inconveniently located. Worst of 15 Marriotts I have been in over the last few years. Tiny restaurant with small menu.

We have stayed at the Marriott at Camden 3 times now. All the stuff is very friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are decent, we have yet to have the good view from our room…. But we only sleep in there so that’s neither here nor there. The hotel is great location to Camden yards… and Pratt st alehouse (our go to). Never had any issues to really complain about! Enjoy!

We have stayed at ma y Marriotts before but this one was not up to standards for the price. When you open the door there is a coffee table right there which i had to move to get my husband who is in a wheelchair in the room and the toilet was so low. Plus. The issue with parking which ended up costing us $84 for the night. The only positive things i can say the mattress was very comfortable, there was a very helpful black gentleman who waz filling drinks at a cafe by the exit to the parking garage he helped me by pushing the wheelchair and got us to our car. He helped getting my husband in the car and helped get the luggage and wheelchair in my car which i was so great full he was amazing. He needs to be praised. The handicapped door openers
weren't working.

I liked the hotel overall. Just confusing when you first arrive they want you to check in before parking which doesn’t make a lot of sense but besides that no issues.

We arrived early to the Marriott on Monday, August 12th & requested an early check-in with 2 connected rooms so our group could be together. They said they could accommodate us. They gave us room keys for the 5th floor. Upon arrival, there was an awkward smell, but we thought nothing of it. The girls unpacked, & I checked on them. I looked up & there was black mold on the ceiling. I told everyone to pack their bags so we could move to a different room. I tried to move us out of the hotel but all the surrounding hotels were at capacity. We were given a 2nd room on the 4th floor. This room smelled better, but the girls immediately noticed that the bed sheets were stained and the refrigerator was missing. We left the room on the 4th floor, & they told us that there were not more connected rooms for us. We went to eat at the hotel restaurant while we waited. The food was mediocre, but the staff were friendly. Eventually, a manager was brought out to speak to me & he found us rooms on the 6th floor where we staid for our trip. Better than the first two rooms, this accommodation still had its problems: 1) The rooms had not been adequately cleaned from previous guests as the girls found a sock and t-shirt under their bed. They also found a juice box. 2) I took a nap one afternoon in my pajamas, and an insect had crawled on me bit my leg up. 3) While showering, the picture in the bathroom fell off the wall and shattered glass everywhere. 4) The second floor smelled like rat urine.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a basbeball game and seeing the city. Easy walking distance to area attractions and many choices of places to eat nearby. We arrived before check in time and the man working the parking garage was extremely helpful.

Checking in time took 37 minutes! Only 2 at the desk while the line was getting longer and longer. Checking out was a bit better!
Every 3 minutes the room A/C would go poooof, loud enough to wake you up!

We had a great stay. Right up the block from Camden Yards and a 10 minute walk to the harbor. Very convenient.

Everything was good, except that the staff is lazy, they told me that i could change the method of payment when checking out and the lazy staff refused to charge the stay to another card and when i checked in they told me i could, BAD SERVICE. Also they failed to inform me that i could get better parking benefits through them instead of parking directly in the parking lot.

Overall I would say our stay was good. Restaurant was fantastic, check in was easy and housekeeping gets two thumbs up. Where there is room for improvement could be parking(tiny parking spots), smell(terrible odor on 10th floor), whole hotel looked dated, from the dead bushes outside, carpet in rooms and hallways to tv in the room.

Overall our stay was good, but we were really surprised that there wasn’t a microwave in our room which was something we wasn’t expecting at all. Not that we needed it but even if we took something that needed warming up there was no way to do it without a microwave.

Towels were dirty when checked in and no liquid soap in the shower empty.

It’s walkable to a lot around Baltimore but for the price of this room I would have rather paid the same price and walked 5 more minutes to Camden yards than stay here again. Very outdated rooms that did not feel clean and the bed was very thin mattress that was not comfortable to stay in. On the plus the hotel staff were very nice!

Elevator bank being inoperable specially hosting a conference was a significant pain.
