Very nice and comfortable stay! Staff was friendly and very clean.

Beautiful hotel. Nice, clean updated rooms. Would definitely stay again.

There was a large event being held the night of my check-in. Due to an injury I was in a boot when I arrived. There was a line at the front due to guest being dropped off for the party. Also all of the front and side spaces for parking were taken. I had to park in the back then go up 3 flights of stairs and walk down the middle of the party/event to get to the front desk to check-in. The remainder of the evening was followed by party guests who chose to stay at the same location yelling and marching down the halls along with their children till roughly 3am.

Overall, it was acceptable. Good location. However, needs better lighting in the rooms, elevators reek of smoke, rooms should have small refrigerators, blow dryer was sticky/old/smelled, walls extremely thin and awoken multiple times by children running hallways, the neighbors alarm clock, neighbors showering, outside traffic.

The room was nothing like what I thought I would be getting.

Everything went very smoothly and everybody was nice

The staff were very friendly but omg trying to find the room was a nightmare. The room was clean, bed, pillows and towels were all lovely.
I has breakfast in my room which wasnt great and breakfast in the restaurant which was very good.
The bar was lively and fun. No real complaints other than guests would benefit from a map...

Booked in full with a gift card through hotels.com and my card was authorized for the full amount by the hotel. After calling multiple times, it was not resolved. The front desk was very rude and unhelpful regarding the situation.
The hotel itself is in need of major upgrading. The lobby fools you into thinking it’s a 4 star hotel, but when you get to the room you’re mistaken. The rugs were musty and dingy. The bathroom had cracks in the tiles and the sink was coming off of the wall. Not what I expected from a Hilton.
The breakfast area is great, but so overpriced.

It was great stay! I have seen reviews about hotel being old, but that is the charm! It is historic, yet still renovated, clean, and beautiful!

Check was good. Friendly staff.
Went to bar to get coffee and tea. Bartender didn’t want to wait on me. Waited 10 minutes before acknowledged and then when I ordered she said no coffee and snarled at the tea. Took order and then waited on more tables fixing them drinks but not mine. I walked off empty handed.
The rooms weren’t great. Fan in bathroom never worked.
Property rated a 4 star but there wasn’t anything to make this above a 2 star. Overpriced motel and not a hotel.
I would not stay here again.

Classic horse country stay

Charming property but asked for towels more than once and didn’t receive any extra.
Also asked for housekeeping one day and did not receive.

All elevators were out so we had to haul all our stuff down 3 flights of stairs.

It’s a beautiful hotel and we had a great stay. My husband loved the bourbon selection and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were cleaned, the AC worked perfect and our beds were comfy. The decoration absolutely beautiful.
Great experience and we will most definitely return to this hotel when we visit our son at UKY.

The room was comfortable with a very small bathroom. Typical amenities such as a mini fridge and multi port electric plugs are not available. The hotel had character and was a nice departure from a standard chain location.
3.0
We had issues with the air conditioner as well as the hot water. Additionally, there was only one wash cloth in the room for a two person occupancy.
The bar area and outdoor seating was very nice.

Oddly configured tiny bathroom. Small room. Overpriced. Evening customer servive terrible.

I really liked the front porch, the decor, and easy parking.

Ok, so we needed a place close to Rupp Arena so my wife and daughter could get to see Olivia Rodrigo. It was close enough to the airport and town, and it looked like a great place. But when we got there we realized how hip it really was. It was filled with Livi fans, but we got a seat at the Rackhouse right away. The food was incredible. The wait staff and hotel employees were great. The place has a chill but happening vibe. Not to mention a killer bourbon list at the bar, with a knowledgeable super cool bartender. Definitely would come back to the Cambell House again.

Cute and clean and well cared for hotel upscale hotel indeed

Beautiful hotel. Carpet in the hall is screaming for some loving care. Restaurant was pricy but the food and service were great. That’s where it ends….The front desk gentleman was horrible. There was literally no parking spaces, when I asked for assistance I got nothing but rudeness with the only suggestion given to me was to park in the grass. He said that there was wedding party and he can’t help me and for me to voice my complaints with the manager in the morning. Saying this without once looking up from his phone, can only assume that his game is was playing was more important than helping a paying guest. WI-FI was terrible. Sadly, I will never book there again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice sized 2 room suite. Never given wifi password, rooms were dated. Outlets painted, shower heads nasty.

Love the design elements to this hotel!

Massive hotel, but only one elevator. It’s easy to get lost. Very quiet, which we loved. Front desk staff was polite if a bit chilly. Delaney was the standout for service in the restaurant, and the food was good. Also found it odd that the rooms did not have a mini fridge. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Was a good stay. Im not sure that it was worth the price a paid. The restaurant and bar were not very good and times they were open seemed off. Breakfast food was average at best. Room was pretty good bed was comfy, large TV, clean linens were clean. Overall good stay.

Wonderful place to stay!

The facility was very nice. However, it was quite large and the signage was not user friendly. It was very easy to get lost. You did not know which floor had which facilities. Other than signage it was very nice.

I liked the area outside the main entrance. The covered porch was very nice. Lobby was pretty.
The hotel halls and elevator had a bad smell. Carpets in hall and room were dirty and stained. No one was at front desk to check us in until 3:00. I have never had to wait at any other hotel to check in when arriving earlier than check in time.
Will not stay at The Campbell House again and will not recommend to anyone. Was very disappointed!

Overall this was a fine stay for the price point. It’s an older property and that shows, but the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

The photos of the hotel did not match our expectations and price for our stay. The room was subpar- painted over wallpaper and wall patching, minimal room lighting, and a bathroom that felt semi-clean at best. We would not recommend this hotel in future.

Loved the restaurant and patios.

restaurant is overpriced - over $7 for a beer redic!

Good job
