The room was good and the stay was fine, until I was a litte late checking out. I have multiple sclerosis and sometimes I'm very exhausted. I slept in because of it and thry informed me i needed to leave because it was check out time. When I didn't move fast enough the front desk lady was very rude to me. I will not be staying there again

Floor in room was filthy as was the baseboards. Cigarette holes in linens. Very limited tv channels. Ice machine is a hit or miss as far as it functioning. Bugs come out in the evenings through the night. Will not go back and dont waste your time with reserving.

Pool was out of service. Floor had a hole in it that you could injure yourself. Put clothes on it to avoid it. Toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. Could use a good maintenance man!

Staff was friendly and provided what we needed when requested. However, we killed baby cockroaches in our room each night even though there was no food kept in our room, and the pool was out of order for over a month according to the front desk staff, and that was a feature listed on the website and one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. We were extremely disappointed and will never stay there again.

Beds were comfortable, shower adequate, location quiet. Breakfast was adequate too. But the pool was black!! Despite claim that the guy was going to fix it the evening we arrived nothing changed in 3 days. Closed and off limits. Beyond the inconvenience it was a creepy eyesore.

There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room that was transferred to my clothes - everything I'd hung up had to be washed when I got home to get rid of that smell. The pool was closed. Breakfast was very good, though.

Well to start things off i had booked a 1st king bed and paid on line for it to get there and the only room available was a double bed handicap room,on top of that the room had a bad smell to it and both of the beds had linens on them that had some kind of a blackish brown stain on them and to some up the evening the handicap shower floor was busted my wife cut her foot on it and we had no hot water and to add insult to injury the complimentary breakfast didn't get put out till all most 7:00am my wife and I were very displeased and i am awaiting the manager to call me back this coming Wednesday 2024 Augest

I’m very upset because we attempted to stay at this hotel on Fourth of July and use the swimming pool there and when we got there, they said that they close the pool down for the day and the pool was disgusting and green. Today we still have not got our refund or heard from anybody from that hotel. I’ve made all the phone calls I can make. I’m not sure what to do now. I guess I’m going to have to go to small claims court over $100, because I’m not gonna let it go.

The room was ok. Could have been a lot cleaner. There was caked up dirt on baseboards and the sheets did not seem very clean unless that was just stains. The a/c gets cold if you drop it down to 66. While we were staying there the power went out a few times because of a "bird" hitting something? That is a rude awakening on a Sunday morning trying to get some rest. I wanted my grand children to be able to come and visit and have a pool day but upon check in there is a sign posted in the lobby that says unless you are a hotel guest you may not use to the pool and that visitors will be fined $250.00 if they are caught in the pool which is totally ridiculous. I will not be staying here again.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and staff was nice. Laundry facilities were a mess with broken appliances being repaired and trash all over the place. As we tried to finish laundry and load our belongings into the vehicle the housekeeping was rushing us out so they could clean and we didn’t get all of our things out because of the chaos.

There were ceiling tiles falling, air conditioning wouldn’t cool, and the housekeeping ladies asked me 4 times what time I was checking out at 7am to 9 am, and checkout is at 11. They wanted me to leave early so they could clean
