Loved the room. It was a great place. Had a lot of places to eat in the area within walking distance. The view was pretty good. Didn't like the driving around town. Need to make the walk lights come on first then have the green lights for the cars to go. Shouldn't have both of them walking and driving at the same time. Almost seen so many accidents because of that.

Convenient location downtown with most things in walking distance. Cookies are a hit with big and small people. Unfortunately, can't say Vancouver is coping well with homelessness with many people on the surrounding streets.

This was our first time in Canada...check-in and out were extremely easy. The hotel was really nice and clean...great service and an easy walk to tons of shops, food and entertainment.

Great room with a nice view. It had a cute gym and decent restaurant. I loved how the bedroom was inclosed by a sliding door. It made the noise from the city less. The property was super close to the Canada Place, convention center, many restaurants and shoppers.

All the staff was very accommodating, friendly, and attentive. We were greeted and checked in by Eileen. The parking was easy to find and use as long as you do use the address that the hotel gives you. The VIP experience included dinner and a happy hour we didn’t make it to the happy hour but the dinner was good small tapas to end the night. Very walkable we didn’t have to use the car until we were ready to leave. The room was clean spacious and the king suite made it seem like we had two rooms in one. Would definitely visit again! Thank you Delta Downtown Vancouver by Marriott for the hospitality.

Great hotel. We had king bed with sofa bed and kitchenette. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. Extremely clean and comfortable (although the sofa bed our son used, because it was a sofa bed, was not as comfortable as our bed). Nice city view and furnishings. Well equipped. Every staff person we met was nice, friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was good, an easy walk to the water / cruise ship area. The hotel restaurant was great (but not cheap - nothing in Vancouver is cheap). Parking is available for an additional $43 per day. (Exiting the garage by foot can be confusing. Make sure to take the exit marked "to hotel" - not the commercial exit.).

It was across the street from the Top of Vancouver restaurant and close to my sister's hotel, Pan Pacific. We met at the restaurant and ate as it revolved. The Delta was easy to access with my car and the parking lot was close to the hotel door.

As a Bonvoy Gold Member i am not used at all to fees for early Check in. Also late check out was only available until 12.30 PM. The hotel is in an area with lots of junkies around and is much older than it appeared in the reviewed we read before. Overall the place is not worth the high prices they charge.

If you’re an American and staying at this hotel, you’ll likely be checked in around 4 PM. Don’t expect to be checked in early. Marriott is typically good at getting you checked in early, but not this place. We arrived around 11 AM but our room was not ready until 4:15 PM, and there were other American in the same situation. The hotel itself was not busy or booked. As for the location, the hotel is a great location. It’s close to a train station, shops, restaurants, and the waterfront where you can rent bikes and the Seawall.

This hotel is really nice. We had a king size bed with a double sofa bed. Our room was very modern and really spacious as was the bathroom. My only complaint is that the bathtub didn't have any grab bars. Staff was wonderful. would definitely stay there again!!

Got off the ship and went straight there. Had requested early check in and was told they charge $25/hour so we waited almost 6 hours to check in even though many other families were checking in before us. I would assume not everyone paid the $25/ hour charge for early check in?

I’ve stayed at this property twice now and both times the stay was great! The staff where very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed that they gave us a welcome cookie, and was very appreciative that they had our room ready in such a speedy time, since I needed to book last minute, I would highly recommend this stay, the amenities are nice rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the downstairs restaurant is great! Overall wonderful stay!

Great room, great restaurant, friendly staff. My only issue is the fragrance they use in the lobby was extremely strong and set off my allergies. I would recommend they cut down on the fragrances.

The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location--not far from a few of the hop-on-hop-off stops and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We'd stay there again!
