Had a flyer stating that beds would be made everyday. If you wanted linens changed to put the flyer on the bed. No one came to clean our room our entire stay. We stayed 3 nights. Coffee in room was no replenished. No wahclothes provided. Keys only worked one night had to get new keys

Great stop for us. Dog friendly and easy to access outside. The rooms are quiet, front desk staff is friendly, and the ice machine works. Breakfast is simple and on time. Coffee is better that most places.

The front desk clerk who checked me in was by far the rudest front desk employee I have encountered in the last 10 years of extensive travel. Pathetic. She was rude not only to me, but to other guests at the same time. Breakfast was minimal, quality acceptable.

The hotel receptionist, Brittany, was very nice, professional and informative. I saw the same interaction she had with many other people checking out the next day. There are two very good restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel and a large supermarket next door. Makes everything very convenient.

We had a ground floor since it's hard for us to climb stairs. I asked for a handicapped room, but couldn't use the tub as it was too high on the side to get in. The showerhead was also so high I didn't want to take a chance on falling trying to reach it. On a much better note, the girl checking us in was so awesome. I had to ask for a few things and she was totally accommodating with it all. They have a restaurant very closeby that we ate at for dinner and breakfast. Good service there, but kind of limited menu.

The customer service was extremely awful, when I walked in and said”hello, how are you?” The employee’s respond was “Do you have any pets?” With the nasty dirty look. Once I got checked it the hallway was filthy and no surprise the room was bad, previous guests hair everywhere in the bathroom, garbage already in the trash along with the bedroom having a dirty smell too it. This stay was extremely last minute and only room available in town. If your planning a trip plan accordingly and DO NOT stay here.

Very sketchy. When they have a flyer in the room about traveler safety. It makes you think twice. Graffiti covered up on the walls, parking lot potholes. Cigarette burn holes. The hotel is a big nope.

Be warned. I was charged $20 for having a pet. I told the lady at the desk that my app said nothing about this and she replied, "3rd party apps don't know our pet policy." The desk lady was very stern. I felt like I was in trouble for bringing my dog. I won't be back.

I have stayed here 4 times and everytime the clerks are extremely rude and unfriendly. The hotel is clan for a nights stay. I would never stay for a vacation, but traveling through it works great.
