The staff was extremely helpful. I ask where the ice was and the maintenance man got me some from the kitchen because the ice machine was out of service. There are two great restaurants in the hotel.

Nice, older motel. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, single story with parking outside the door. So high marks for that. It was a short walk to a nice restaurant for breakfast. We had no interaction with the staff except at check-in. We did mark down on eco- friendly because it wasn’t well insulated so we need to keep the AC on most of the night.

I have been staying at the Townhouse Motel off and on for years, as I grew up in Winnemucca. Generally the property is quiet and comfortable. The room is comfortable and quiet, although dated. The bathroom is cramped and awkward. The shower is very small and I found the provided body wash to be of no use.

This was a strange mix of bad and good. When I got there they gave me a key to an occupied room. Took a while to straighten it out. Then they put me in a room with clean wet carpet. The bed was hard and pillows flat and old. It was a very old facility but clean and well maintained.

I'm struggling to figure out why this hotel got more than eight stars. It should be in the six category. The toilet leaks, the shower is terrible, the beds are mediocre with not very nice blankets. Dated from the early '60s with very little upgrade. Also the pool is not functioning. In 80 to 90° weather that's a real disappointment.

I have stayed at this quaint budget motel many times over the years. This was the worst room I have had here. Faint oder of cigarettes and urine. Stained carpet, chairs, towels. No physical barrier (chain, slide bolt, etc) locks on doors. At 10pm sounded like demolition work was occuring next to my room. Kleenex box empty. Bed was clean. AC and refridgerator worked.

Management needs to step up, towels ,sheets , old, stained, bedspreads ripped and dirty. Staff was nice, but you need to give them better tools to work with. Terrible experience, never will stay again

Absolutely horrible stay. I booked a double room. Upon arrival stated they over booked would give us 2 single rooms at same cost. Check my credit card find out they double charged me. I called hotel to be met with I have to contract owner. 24 hrs later same lady, no answer and she hung up on me when I was trying to explain. DO NOT STAY !!!!

The smell of cigarette smoke in the front office of this non-smoking hotel took your breath away; Bugs flew out when blanket and comforter were pulled back on the bed; a top sheet on the bed was being used as a bottom sheet, which did not even cover the bed. No other sheet on the bed; the blanket was dirty; the drawer of the nightstand was cracked and had a hole in it; the lampshade was smashed in; the wastebasket was soiled and had no liner; the smoke detector in the room had the cover removed and did not appear to be working. We did not stay, asked them not to charge our card, and were charged twice.

I've stayed here multiple times and usually was satisfied, unfortunately the property has declined and I won't be staying here in the future. The room was dirty with strange stains on the carpet, there was an empty vodka bottle under the bed, a sock with a strange brown material on it behind the table.

Room was very dated, bed was stiff and pillows felt non existent. There was a handful of flies circling in the room when we walked in. One side of shower door didn't move. Problem is that it's not even cheap, much better options for a little more money nearby. Also there is a small pickup parked on the street that hasn't moved for awhile.

The sheets in my room were not changed from the previous guest. There were no suitable sheets. I was rudely treated by the managers when I discovered this as I wanted to go to sleep around 11 pm. Even though place is non-smoking, the cleaning staff smokes, and the room reeked from cigarette smell. A/c filter was not cleaned and the dust and particles spread all over the room. Yet the a/c was the quietest and most powerful available. The whole place needs a face lift. It hasn't been maintained in a while.

Not only was the front desk checkin a breeze the maintenance guy actually asked another first to move her car so I could park my truck and trailer on the property without unhitching. Live this place.
