We arrived to the hotel late at night and the hotel door was locked and there was no one to open or call. Thanks to the restaurant adjacent to the hotel they helped us to reach our room as there was no one at the reception either. The reception was working during certain hours and they send us this information via email only AFTER seven hours than our check out. We literally self checked in and self checked out. Can not recommend to anyone

Nice and clean hotel handy to restaurant and transportation. Extremely polite and helpful staff.

Nice stay in a very clean room with a comfortable bed on 4th floor with elevator. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. There are two flights of stairs with no elevator from the street to the reception desk. Hotel is clean convenient to train station and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay. Our only recommendation is better signage at the front door. We arrived in the dark and had trouble finding the way. The light didn’t come on until we actually tried the door.

Awesome location in old town area. Handy to the cablecar

Hotel a little dated and in need of some updating

We enjoyed this hotel very much and it is an old hotel. We loved that restaurants were nearby and it wasn't too loud at night. The bathroom toilet seat does slip a little when I sat on it and I am heavy. The shower thing that blocks water from getting on the toilet kept swinging out, so water would get on the floor. Otherwise, the receptionist was very nice and we enjoyed our stay with an extra bonus of Chur history from their festival in town.

It was nice to find out that our room had refrigerator and the hotel provided bottled water

Very simple room with a unique shared bathroom for the floor (a bit far away in our case).

Nice 3 star hotel convenient to acces the famous Bernina train from station. Rooms not airconditioned, only small fan. Room felt like a sauna. Otherwise everthung else okay for 3 star.

everything was perfect besides the no air conditioning due to it being summer, i’m sure every other time of the year it’s a lovely place to stay

Maria, the lady at the reception was extremely sweet and helpful. She helped fetch my luggage through their two dozen stairs, as I was extremely tired after a long day's train journey. She helped me with every query and every request. Breakfast and lodging prices are a bit on the higher side. But i slept well on my single bed and had nice warm showers in their tiny but clean bathrooms. Also, place not very far from the station.

Not a high-end hotel, but super cute old style, a
nd can't beat the location in the old city. Perfect for quick walk anywhere, including the train station and grocery store.

Drei Konige is conveniently located to the train station for the Glacier Express. We just got off the Bernina Express and were going the next day to Zermatt. The contition of the room was nice, a bit weird but new and clean. They are in the throws of remodeling....but they should repaint the stairs up to reception and put in some new carpet or at least clean it. The hall to the room was only plywood and we were anxious about the room but the remodel on the room was done and it was fine, sink in the bed area and toilet and shower in the bath area. We did not eat in the hotel, and the restaurant is not owned by the hotel. The front desk gal was very nice and helpful...BUT be sure you get a remodeled room!

Cannot recommend this hotel. First and foremost, they did not disclose that you have to climb about 50 steps just to get to the reception. More importantly, there was construction going on right outside our room, including new carpet being installed, and electrical work with unprotected wired exposed. Happily we were here only one night.

Some renovations underway. Not intrusive, but noticed.

Well it appears parts of the hotel are under renovations. on the 4th floor wires were attached to the ceiling and fresh wood in hallways was covered. The room it's self was excellent and appeared to be freshly renovated. Other guest were quite noisy but, that wasn't the fault of the staff.

Vanessa at reception was most helpful before and during our stay. The hotel was an easy walk from the train station. We stayed in a renovated room which was good. The lift was very small, but better to have that option.

Great place to stay. The girl at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful. The parking was a public garage right down the street. The location was very convenient! Huge room but small bathroom. Would stay here again!
4.0
Great location to train station and clean rooms. Must take several stairs to reach the lobby which is difficult with suitcases.

I booked at the last minute and was looking for a ´budget' (by Swiss standards) hotel . I paid about 80CHF for a single room with shared toilet, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a shower and toilet in my small room. Everything was very clean even if the furniture is dated. The mattress was confortable and I don't need lots of pillows so I slept well. The sound proofing is bad . The location is excellent. The staff were nice . It would have been nice to have a kettle and cups. I did not spend much time in the room so all was good for me . I did not have breakfast. Really easy to walk to station.

We had a newly remodeled room, very comfortable! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was typical and very good. We’d love to find a reason to return to this hotel!

Our stay was brief but comfortable the staff was friendly and very helpful. We're traveling by train so we got in very late and left very early. But we called the hotel from the train and the night clerk gave us the information to access the hotel since the desk closed at 10 pm.
