Corporate offices need to provide this property with more funding to upgrade its condition. The people that work there were absolutely fantastic. They keep it as clean and as operable as they possibly can.

Not a place you want to bring your kids. Don’t get me wrong the staff. Are great for the most part are great and do what they can within corporate constraint's. However, if you are looking for nice clean place to stay, this isn’t it. You have people from every walk of life from homeless to illegal immigrants to the unsuspecting traveler that booked based on the nice pics and description (they quickly leave upon arriving). It’s not a smoke free property to start and why it says that is beyond me as they have smoking rooms, although it’s safe to say every room is likely a smoking room. The pet waste is beyond ridiculous and the place needs a major douche. A good pressure wash would do the place wonders from the garbage cans to the stairs to the parking lots, sidewalks and walls. Seriously, many places you don’t even want to touch like the stair rail. No way! Over all if the place was $40-$60 it may be worth the stay but to pay over $100 or even close is down right bs. Nothing there is worth even close to that. The ac don’t work, the rooms likely smell of cat urine or mold, and they don’t wipe down walls or clean under beds or corners it seems. If spending over 100 bucks pay the extra couple bucks and book down the street. You will be thankful you did. Trust me.

Pretty loud road noise. Stinky bathroom and no shampoo. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

Decent for the price. The cat urine smell was a little off putting.

Horrible rude rude rude. The men working hate their job. Dead bolts don’t work in some rooms. Asked to switch and they acted like I was being unreasonable. Switching old towels for clean ones is outrageous!!!!! How dare a person want clean towels.

No coffee maker in room, coffee was supposed to be in the lobby from 6 to 11 but ran out by 9 on my first day there. There was no coffee by 8 AM the next day. A coffee maker in room would make the stay a lot more enjoyable!

While it was far from the worst hotel I've stayed at it did have a few undesirable traits we were compensated for taking a smoking room so I expected the stale smoke smell they tried to cover it up using bleach I don't know if it was to clean the room or to clean the sheets or both but it was extremely strong smelling and then after that the room was permeated with stale cigarette smoke smell the sheets although bleached we're stained as well as the blanket the only comfort I had was they were bleached. The door to our room stuck and we thought we were completely locked out of our room after coming back from a long day of working at an event the gentleman was very helpful and got the door unstuck. However there were three people staying in the room and we were not allowed enough towels or linens for three people and there were absolutely no amenities except for one single bar of soap we were told they are not allowed to give us more towels even though there were more people in the room. It's an old hotel and it needs a more thorough update the beds were extremely uncomfortable and old all the linens were old

Staff friendly, room very old, ok clean, but with the price we paid, it's ok.

But disappointed in the noise of other guest. Lots of people in the parking lot smoking weed and staring you down as you parked and walked in your room, a bit un-nerving to be honest. Lots of inebriated folks milling about to make a single woman uncomfortable. Service was amazing. Room was clean. Bed was hard. For the price I stayed.

The room itself was clean but the bedding! Ew! Holes in all the bedding and hair all over the sheets.

I had not been in a hotel this bad in my entire life. It is a dump. If you arrive a late at night you are received by a dirty looking and rude receptionist behind a safety glass window with a speaker/microphone. That makes you feel like you are in the wrong neighborhood right away. And yes it was the wrong neighborhood for us. My wife did not feel safe walking the dog in the area. The room was filthy, hairs in the shower, hairs even in the towel that was in the bathroom. Fortunately, the ones that were rolled up above the sink seemed clean. Floors had crumbs from previous clients. The entrance rugs are embedded to the floor both outside and inside the room and could not be more worn off and filthy (they were more appropriate for a car repair shop than a motel). Our room neighbors where noisy and there were at least people from two rooms that seemed to be camping in their trucks/vans. Finally, we got a smoking room (despite asking for a non-smoking room when making the reservation) because it was the only option left at the time we arrived (and we had communicated to the front door that we were going to be arriving at around midnight). The smell in the room was repugnant and ended up making my wife sick by the time we woke up in the morning. It was not just the smell of someone smoking one cigarette, it was the stench of hundreds of cigarettes and other things that had accumulated in the room over a long-period of time. I should have slept in my car!!!!!

I was a single woman travelling alone. My mother was on life support at a nearby hospital. My door to my room would not latch closed nor lock with the deadbolt. They couldnt/wouldnt do anything about it without me physically being there (ie waiting in the room for a repairman or coming back to the front desk to check throughout the day to see if there was another room to be moved to). A huge safety issue. I spent the 1st night barricaded with a chair against the door. I couldnt leave anything in the room when I left to head to the hospital to be with my mother & I certainly wasnt waiting around for a repairman. It was stress I didnt need, consideringthe reason i was there. I checked out after less than 6 hours in that room..and only about 2 hours of sleep. Absolutely horrible.

Room was dirty, sheets had hair on them and were stained. shower did not have hot water, told the front desk person and he never had maintenance come out. would not recommend.

The room was not ready when I got there. they gave us another room but the floors were sticky the bedding was musty smelling and the room smelled like wet dog.

Too many “suspicious “ individuals in or around the motel area . Room wasn’t ready due to, “we were maxed “ out the night before “.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was a horrible smell coming from the AC unit. We turned the unit off and the smell dissipated. Thankfully we did not need the AC overnight so other than that, a good stay.

Dirty floors in room - especially in the bathroom.

The staff at check-in was very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately we should have kept on driving to the next place. Out ground floor room by the pool had recently redone flooring and shower, which were nice. However, the entire room reeked of smoke and mustiness, permeating the (stained) curtains and linens. The beds were bags of old springs, and the walls/ceiling were so thin i could hear the people upstairs opening plastic bags, not to mention their heavy footsteps all night. We got maybe 3 hours of sleep between that and the loud noise from the parking lot, the road, etc. Should have slept in the car.

Even though it’s a nonsmoking facility, the room smelled terribly of smoke and there were cigarette burns in the bedding. Additionally, the computer system was having issues so they gave our room to someone else while we were there. At 7 am, people were trying to get in our room thinking it was theirs.
