Basic 'breakfast' of bars and coffee. Did not partake.
Description indicated full kitchen. In fact, you had to ask for any kitchen items at the front desk and they were only able to provide us with two coffee cups.

Location was close to the event I was attending.
The "included breakfast" was granola bars, a few tiny packaged muffins, instant oatmeal, hot water and coffee at a cupboard in the lobby. The "full kitchen with coffee maker" was a complete lie. There was no coffee maker, not 1 utensil, and not even so much as a glass in the bathroom. Bare cupboards, torn and stained carpets, building supplies stacked in hallways. It is not the worst place I have stayed in, but for the price and description it certainly was. Shame on the corporate office for misrepresenting this property. Should be removed from booking.com

it’s a great location
my first two nights a homeless man was camping out in the stairwell which made it very hard to take my doggo potty.
I also couldn’t find the staff at night to report this. in the am when I reported this they were less than helpful.
the whole facility was dirty and run down.

We were looking for a place to spend one night in Olympia while en route from one place to another. Didn't need to be luxurious: just looking for clean, convenient, with air conditioning, breakfast and a decent bed. Hotel was very convenient, right off Highway 101. Air conditioning was superb. Bed was a little firm for me but in fairness my husband loved it. It was, however, the smallest queen sized bed I've ever been in. Felt a lot like a full-size. Suggest taking a king-size bed (if they have them... we thought a queen was sufficient so didn't look for a king) if you like space.
The kitchen facilities were fine for a hotel. I was a bit annoyed that there were NO implements in the kitchen. You had to request everything from dishes and silverware to pots and pans, to a coffeepot or toaster. You have to request everything you want from the front desk. To the credit of the staff, they brought everything requested in less than ten minutes and they were plastic wrapped and in very good condition but would have appreciated hearing this at check-in.
Nervous about cleanliness. The room looked and smelled clean, but when we moved the TV stand to recover something we dropped there was a LOT of cat food on the floor, so we wondered about how diligently the rest of the room had been cleaned. We opted to strip off the bedspread just in case. The blanket was sufficient, but a bit worn. The towels and sheets looked good.
Our biggest complaint was posting that they provided "breakfast." I've learned to have reduced expectations of what hotels will actually ,provide for breakfast, but this was a new low. Breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars, a basket of packaged "honeybuns" and small muffins, and instant oatmeal packets. As if this wasn't bad enough, they didn't replenish the supplies so if you didn't get down there early, the "pastries" had been scarfed up by guests and not replaced. We tried some of the pastries and they were either a bit old or had not been stored properly. I could have lived with identifying it expressly as "continental breakfast" and probably have been impressed that it wasn't stale doughnuts only (that has actually happened to us), but calling it "breakfast" was more than a stretch.

The full kitchen was a nice touch! The staff were funny and kind! I didn’t think I’d like the absence of carpet in the room but I ended up pleased by it.
The “Grab and Go” breakfast wasn’t what I was expecting at all. Little to no choices, none of which I personally wanted. Perhaps I missed it in the fine print that this wasn’t a continental style breakfast.

Very large room with kitchenette and a comfortable and big bed. Despite the location next to a busy road there wasn't a lot of noise from outside the hotel.
The elevator was very loud.

The price and location
The elevators were broken, good thing they had rooms on the 1st floor for us because my mom is 77 and can't do stairs. The rooms should be already stocked with all utensils and cookware like other extended stays are but you have to ask for them at the front desk. Laundry prices are the most I've seen anywhere, $2.75 to wash one load and same to dry one load. One of the staff members was not friendly at all. One of the two rooms we had had old carpet and room smelled old, and smoky.
