I was given a room with a device running when we walked in. Room was filled with airborne particulates that caused us to cough uncontrollably. We were given another room but the hotel worker seemed like he didn't want to give us another room. He was quiet and didn't offer an apology to me.

After receiving our room key and going up to the room, we had to return to the front desk - the first room had dirt on the bathroom counter, crumbs on the table and the bed was not mad - though the toilet paper had been folded prettily. The halls, elevator and staircase all smelled heavily of marijuana. The rooms were overly warm and the room ac only blew cool air, not cold.

Shower water was barely warm. Stopper in sink was stuck in the closed position and would not drain. Toilet was a mess and barely flushed. The tv did not work Al all. Upon check-in I was barely spoken to and received no general info about amenities, breakfast, etc. I was in town due to family in the hospital where I spent 12 hours a day. All I wanted was a hot shower in the morning and to relax with some TV at night. None of this was possible for me. Never again.

In our first room, we found it was not thoroughly cleaned (stuff in sink, candy wrappers on floor, etc), the fridge didn't work (wasn't cold), we didn't have a cable box for each of our TVs (front desk told me supposedly each room only came with 1 direct TV box, even though there were 2 TVs), and our toilet was clogged/didn't flush.. and the phone didn't work (so I couldn't even call down to the front desk to report concerns). We ended up getting transferred to a new room, which was a little better. We then had both of the expected cable boxes, so we could watch both TVs, and the phone & fridge were working. We found LOTS of coarse dark long hair all over the bathroom (floors, shower, etc)...and none of us had that type of hair. The pool area was completely dark and my room key didn't work to open the door, so I had to again ask the front desk for help to get in & turn the lights on so my son could swim. Breakfast was mediocre...half the eggs were old/dried out, sausage links were very cheap heat & serve, waffle mix & syrup were very slow to dispense (so I'm assuming they may have been almost gone), muffins were very dry, etc. Only ate it the first morning, then we decided on fast food for our second morning. Pull out couch bed was horribly uncomfortable... mattress was SUPER thin & had a cheap noisy mattress cover (that rustled like a store bag), so I felt like I was laying directly on the frame. Hotel serves it's purposes but definitely didn't live up to reviews!

Beds are awful, service is awful, the breakfast is awful. It was freshly renovated within the year, but showers are terrible, tile floors werent done properly (loose tiles, uneven, and sink was broken). Ive stayed here twice for work and both times the bathroom sink or floor tiles where broken, which makes it a hazard to not have shoes on in the bathroom. Also hotel smells like weed most times of the day/night.

Smoke alarm in room started beeping, one beep every 30 seconds at 7am. Called the front desk and was told to take down the smoke alarm, was so high had to stand on couch. Of course the smoke alarm was hard wired so that did nothing. Ended up showering and leaving so early. Front desk did nothing to guve refund or credit for future stay.

Would not suggest a stay here Room condition: Did not feel it was cleaned at all Broken closet rack Holes in the bedspread Weird smell in the room Thin walls Towels scratch Shower water did not get fully hot Loitering in the parking lot (smell of weed everywhere) Breakfast menu was out of stock on some items every day

The hotel was nice, the amenities were good, breakfast was good. The floors were wet and sticky when disrespectful people came from the pool drooping in water and spilling soda; it was have been nice if they let someone know right away, so others wouldn’t step on the stickiness. Housekeeping never came to make our beds or dump the trash, even after putting the sign on the door. We did our best to keep our room tidy. Other than that it was a good stay close enough to downtown, museums, and shopping…great location.

The surrounding area is not the greatest, HOWEVER it was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. The room was spacious for 3 teenagers and enough privacy. The room was very clean but don't expect comfort to come with the beds. They were terrible. Like concrete with a thin layer of cotton. All in all 7/10

The check in process took 20 minutes, which was ridiculous. Some of the doors to get into the motel were not working. The bed was not comfortable and the bed pillows were the smallest I've ever seen! No extra pillows in the room.

We stayed for 6 night and no maid service ever came. Bathroom fan did not work and while it was reported on the morning after check-in, it was never fixed. Sheets that were on the bed were blood stained. Pillows were small like on the plane. Prior to booking, this hotel had 4 stars from other reviewers I wouldn’t give anything above 1.

Initially our check In went very smooth, the person at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Although she was the only person working the front desk, while there were two others hanging out in the back. When we got to our room we immediately noticed some of our sheets had tears and even the curtains had some tears in them. Our worries continued when we realized that the TV in the room did not work. After several attempts to get the TV to work, I finally connected with the front desk who helped me move to a new room. They were very helpful, which I appreciated. We got moved to another room, that had some stains on the sheets and stains on the wall/curtains but by this point we figured we just needed a place to stay.

The housekeeping staff was absolutely excellent. They were cordial and smiled and greeted us each time they saw us. The room was cleaned perfectly each time. As for the front desk staff-they are completely awful and rude. Extremely condescending and I would like to say more...but I won't.

That everything was pretty much as expected. Cheking in was easy and convenient, given that it was last minute. The pool was clean. It. Was quiet and peaceful and Locate it for convenience to everything restaurants and shopping.

The service wasn’t the best at all. Our door wouldn’t lock they temporarily fixed after 45 mins of waiting then called me at 10:30 to tell me they found someone to fix it after I was already in bed. The carpet was gross and wasn’t clean in the hall way.
