We stayed there for 5 days. Amazing hotel in great location (although you need to go through many steps to get there, but this is relevant to all the best location hotels in Oia). The staff was amazing, especially Adriana who was really caring and helpful. This is a boutique hotel, so it was really quiet and peaceful

Wow... all I can say is that we totally hit the jackpot staying in this hotel. And trust me, I spent weeks looking for the perfect place within our budget. There are so many options on the island! Kima Oia Suites checked every single box I could imagine. Private Jacuzzi, our own terrace with table, chairs and loungers, an amazing view of the caldera and a beautiful view of the white washed buildings to the left and right of the hotel. I spent so much time absorbing the view because I couldn't believe my eyes. Another wonderful service is breakfast being delivered to our room. We had fresh fruit, bread, bacon, orange juice, coffee and much more. This was another dream come true of mine. In addition to all this, we had daily room service, amenities, a POOL and consistent help and kindness from the staff. Another plus is having quietness and privacy. This is truly the best place to stay on the island. There are way too many people (tourists) by the blue domes and sunset area. This place gives you your own space and is very affordable for what you get. While on Google you may see "3 star hotel", everything here was nothing short of 5 stars. Thank you for everything and making our honeymoon very special!

I honestly can not say enough great things about this hotel. We just left the island, snd I feel like we left a piece of our hearts there-and Kima was a big part of that. It felt like “home.” The more we saw of the island, and other accommodations, the more we knew we picked the perfect hotel. The size of the hotel is perfect! It’s small enough to make it feel like you have your own villa, but big enough to meet and talk with your neighbors. It’s off of the pedestrian walkway, so no noisy traffic, but close enough to a drop/off/pick-up location for taxis and transport. I need to make a point of talking about the location and the views. Most of the hotels we came across had great views, but one side was either blocked or out of view. Kima Suites is located so you have a 180 degree view of the ocean and other parts of the island. Also, the staff here is absolutely amazing. They keep it impeccably clean, and they are so helpful and accommodating. It’s a well-oiled machine. You can feel that the staff loves their jobs, and it shows. Lastly, our room was so gorgeous and spacious. Beds were big enough for me and my husband who is tall. The bathroom feels like a spa. One more thing, the breakfast is included, and you can choose from 3 options. All options are delicious and healthy. They bring it right to your patio, so you can eat with an ocean view. I could go on and on, but I think you’d better experience it for yourself.

We booked a last minute room here as our ferry didn't leave until late and we had checked out of our original hotel. The room was clean and staff were friendly. My only gripe with this property is that they wanted to charge us €60 for our laundry while our original hotel, which was 50m away charged us €20 (that too, AFTER we had already checked out).

Kima was exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. The customer service was amazing, and the stay was entirely peaceful. Breakfast service was wonderful, the pool is nice and quiet (and an amazing view!). Would definitely stay again, and thank you to the wonderful staff!

Comfortable hotel with a beautiful view. It is a few steps going up and down to the property but they have staff to help you with your luggage’s. Adriana at the front desk was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. She also helped coordinate transportation for us when we arrived and departed the island. I would recommend staying at this hotel if visiting Oia!

We booked this Trip and Hotel to fulfill a lifetime dream of my wife. Adriana was an absolute amazing host and helped us in any aspect to make this a "dream come true" stay and unforgettable experience. I think a good Hotel or stay is not only determined by the quality of the facility. The Main contributor for a great stay is the staff and service and there Adriana and her team make the difference to other locations in Oia. The Superior Suite (Cave) are very well worth the price since you have you own, private, Jacuzzi with view over the caldera. I would strongly recommend to spend a bit more and get this room. The View, the calmness and hospitality of the Staff are unique!

Kima was great, we stayed in the Superior Suite with the private hot tub on the balcony. The view was amazing. The pool wasn’t used much by other patrons - so if you like to swim, definitely the hotel for you. The receptionist had great advice and restaurant recommendations, would visit and stay here again!

The view from our balcony was amazing! It was a dream waking up to blue skies and the sea. We were well taken cared of by the team the moment we arrived, to the breakfast being served in room up to check out. Also if you have heavy luggage, they will take care of it for you as it’s a bit of a walk to get to the hotel from the Main Street.

The hotel and the pool area were incredible with everything you want for your iconic Santorini vacation. But the overall quality and service level was poor compared to the price you pay to stay there and this was mainly due to the top management. However, I have to mention that the staff were nice and professional. So the main problem that we experience was due to lack of information regarding their check-out policy which made our trip less pleasant and could have been avoided. First, we were not informed that we could not use the hotel facilities after check-out at 11 am (this was not an issue on any other islands such as Mykonos) but understandable as there are limited sun beds. If only we had this information during check-in we would have planned our days differently. Second, the hotel does not store the guest luggage’s after check-out which was quite unbelievable and inconvenient as our flight departed during the evening. As a result we had to store our luggage’s at a random cafe for 20euros. As for the breakfast it was mediocre and for some people would probably still be hungry after the meal as the portion was on the small size. The quality and quantity does not match the room price, for example I got served 2 grams of salmon and 1-2 day old bagel (dry af) however, their yoghurt and juice was decent.

The staff and hotel get an above 10 star rating from me, along with the transportation gentleman who gave me a whole history lesson on Santorini. I thank all of you for the impeccable service from cleanliness, the man who carried our luggage and brought us delicious food and the women in the office for being so kind. The room, the private pool and the view were gorgeous! I'm looking forward to returning.

I truly truly love this hotel. The service by their staffs are impecabble. Andrea the receptionist as well as staff Nicholas went above and beyond to assist us in carrying our heavy luggages, booked us on private tours. Andrea even assisted to arrange my missing item left in previous hotel back to me. So THANKFUL. If you are still browsing on which hotel to stay in Santorini, look no further. I'd highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Oia. We loved everything about the property. Had a wonderful stay at Kima Oia Suites. The only negative thing was that I couldn’t stay longer, Adriana was an incredible host and contact, very helpful, communicative, and thoughtful. She even went so far as to put a mini bottle of champagne in my room for my birthday! Aris and the other staff were also the epitome of good customer service. Breathtaking views, quiet end of the main Oia restaurant/retail strip. Easy transportation. Lots of steps, but worth it. Will definitely come back. Thank you Kima Oia! xxoo

Property is beautiful with an amazing view. Staff is super helpful and arranged a dinner at a sunset Resturant as you cannot see the sunset from the hotel till November. Come prepared to do lots of steps to get down to the hotel but once you are fheee it is amazing.

My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights in May 2023. We are experienced travellers and usually stay in 5-star properties. We can honestly say we saw no room for improvement in any part of our experience at Kima Oid Suites. We were amazed at the attention to detail in cleaning, room amenities, room décor, breakfast, etc. Each of the staff that we interacted with did their job perfectly.

We had an amazing stay at Kima Oia suites. The staff were really helpful with information and kindly booked us into restaurants along with our transfers. The breakfast was delightful every morning on our balcony and the views from the room were incredible. Would definitely recommend staying here as location is perfect.
