This was an “old-Florida” experience. There was a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen area (fridge, dishes, microwave, coffe pot). It is across the street from Redington Beach and sits on the waters of the river where we saw manatee. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are clean. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow for a day at the beach.

Had a great experience overall, customer service is great, rooms are well equipped and clean, parking is limited, but they do a great job making sire everyone has a parking spot, my only negative experience was having neighbors talking so loud and laughing until midnight right in front of my door as they have chairs and tables in front of the rooms, I was hoping to rest of my weekend gateway, other than that, it was a great time

I was verbally attacked by the owner (Shawn) of this hotel in front of my children at 10:30 because I told Hotel.com that I found a huge roach in the room and my child went crazy and she did not want to go into the room. He claims we live in Florida and that is not a roach, yet he was extremely aggressive. He banged on my door like he was the police.He was extremely pissed off cursing in front of my children because supposedly I posted this online, which I never did until now.This was the scariest and most humiliating traumatizing to me and my children. However, The property Manager is a lady Colleen the sweetest and Lourdes, she has no idea what had happened that night, she does live on the property but had no information until I said something to her. She was pleasant and hear my complaint but she only works there, The Man who traumatized my kids is the Owner. I do have pictures of the "palmetto bug" as he called it. Hotels.com did absolutely nothing about to try to remove us from there.

Everything was fabulous we spent 5 days at our favorite beach. The rooms are small but we were just sleeping and cooking breakfast so it was perfect for us. The beach is right across the street several beach chairs and umbrellas to use for guest definitely an added bonus. The place was very clean and had lots of cute decor around the property.

My husband and I spent the weekend here and will be coming back for sure. The location is great with easy beach access and walking distance or short drive to some decent restaurants. The room and grounds were a delight, people very friendly.

All in all was an amazing stay and would stay again. Little things we found was lack of # of outlets, better mirror, bathroom space, and walkable establishments. Howver we did like the peaceful and away from the busy areas vibe as well. The pool is so nice and so well maintained. Clean, and view of marina was so nice! Beach was great! All staff was very nice and accommodating. Thank you for our quick weekend getaway. ☀️🙂

Shawn the owner was wonderful. The size of the room was great. The maid was great. The furniture in the living space was very uncomfortable. No tv in bedroom and front ac unit was very noisy..we will go back.

This place was amazing and such a gem to find especially for a weekend getaway! they were accommodating due to the fact we weren’t able to make it until well after business hours. it was very very cleanly and i’m a clean freak, but had absolutely no issues. they provide beach towels and beach chairs if needed which was perfect because we actually forgot both of those things. right across the road is a path to the beach which was perfect. also came with a great morning view which is the picture provided. even gave us some nice little coupons which came in handy for when we ate out. everything is pretty much within walking distance which was nice. there’s limited parking which they warn you about but just an fyi. honestly 10/10 experience and would definitely stay again.

My family and i enjoyed the stay at Sand Vista. Nice room with a small kitchen. Could have stay there longer. Service was excellent. Close to good restaurant and the beach is across the steet. The pool was very nice with a great view of the canal.A+××

Friendly staff, especially Diane and cute pool and seating area back on the water but the vast majority of the motel is on a busy, noisy road that kept us up at night. The pictures are a bit deceiving. While the decor is beachy, one person can barely fit in the bathroom and the kitchenette is very small. The noise and bathroom will keep us from coming back.

Definitely clean and cute little place. We only stayed one night. The beds were soft but comfortable. Some people might find the shower stall a bit small and a little bottle of shampoo would have been nice. I did make an edit to Google maps because when navigating to this place It took me to a house a mile and a half down the street. Don't know if my edit fixed the problem so be aware.

This beach rental is lovely! We stayed in a cute little room with a kitchenette. It’s across the street from the beach, the pool is great, and the dock at the back of the property affords a view of manatees throughout the day! It’s clean, cozy and accommodating.
