Checkin was easy and the staff friendly. The room itself was spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette, bonus after travelling for weeks and having to buy food on the go. The shower was hot with great water pressure. The hotel was well positioned and within easy walking distance to all attractions. There is a supermarket and shopping mall 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is also located minutes away from the train station, airport a couple of stops on the train. Plenty of buses and tram access on the doorstep. Definitely would recommend staying here.

This property was located close to the train station. We stayed here as a stop over before flying out of Paris. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. It was walking distance to Petite France and the main attractions of old Strasbourg. Would stay there again.

This property has everything practical. The studio I booked was very convenient for a long stay. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends. Walkable distance from the Gare Centrale and Tram and to the Cathedral.

On the second day of our stay at hotel, we would like to go out at night, but we could't open the door with the key from inside, so we just wasted the whole night staying in room!

Not good for working as the desktop is too high for the chairs, the chair's back caves in, there's no lamp on the desktop and only one plug beside it. Almost nowhere to put your clothes comfortably either, nor a luggage rack. No English-speaking TV/news channels. It's nice to have a kitchen, but if there's no dishwashing liquid, sponge or cloth, nor coffee filters or a sharp knife, it's a bit pointless. As mentioned by other guests, the environmental posters are just for show because when they clean your room, they change all your towels anyway.

Room was very large, everything was comfortable, clean and worked as it should. Front desk staff very nice and welcoming. We were there for only one night and did not get to take advantage of the kitchenette, but it was well-stocked.

The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is comfortable, I have a king bed. A shopping mall with a supermarket within 5 mins walk. There is a washer/dryer for use for 8 euro but have to buy your own soap which I think the hotel should provide. Also there is no washing detergent for the dishes which you also have to buy and throw away most of it.

I would not stay here again. The room was disgusting which stains on the floor and bed. The area felt unsafe. We saw drug users and prostitutes roaming the streets. As a city, I wouldn't go back either which is a shame.

Very nice apt-hotel; very clean with comfortable beds. The staff are very helpful. It is conveniently close (8 min) to the train station and 10-15 min walk downtown. Or one can take the # 2 streetcar which runs from downtown to the train station. Our apt overlooked a main street so there was car and streetcar noise at night. That is what ear plugs are for. One minor suggestion, cleaning staff should check between guests to make sure that there are full sets (in this case 2) of dishes. There was 2 of everything but 1 plate when we arrived.

Location near train station and on edge of old town was great. Staff were lovely. Rooms wet clean and it was amazing to have fridge and kitchenette. I hated having a totally separate toilet, with no basin on completely the other side of the apartment; not hygienic or convenient. Rooms were nicely decorated but tired, including the bathroom. Finding the car park was not easy at all and being able to park up to go into the hotel virtually impossible.

숙소가 너무 불편했음. 창문은 깨져있었고 커튼도 고장나서 덜렁덜렁함. 이불도 깨끗하지 않았음. 위치는 괜찮음~ It was a very uncomfortable night. There was a crack on the window and the curtain was also broken. No clean bedsheet and quilt. The only thing satisfied me was the location.

We had a “luxury” room but it turned out that the room was very basic, with an open bathroom and under the roof. It felt like we were sleeping in the attic. The room had no coffee machine and a bottle of tap water. And, btw, the hotel was in the middle of major renovation works. All of that meant that we did not enjoy our stay

My stay was, for the most part, quite nice. However, there were some things that did work. The dishwasher was broken and the light in foyer was out. The property needs to be refesheda bit. The young lady who checked me in was very pleasant but the man who also covered the reception was surly and unpleasant. I was a bit surprised to see an ironing board but no iron. The location is convenient and quiet. Overall a decent stay.

On arrival we were greeted by a very rude man on reception who gave the impression that we were annoying him by asking questions. In October when there they had turned the air conditioning off for this year and the room was very warm and we had trouble sleeping . Not well equipped kitchenette and our room was very noisy. Next day lady receptionist was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful and moved us to another room, many thanks.

Loved this place and would recommend it. Good sized spotless studio apartment at a reasonable price with limited cooking facilities close to the centre. Walking distance from the central station and tram stop nearby. Inexpensive continental breakfast at reasonable price. Staff were very helpful. Beware - nothing is supplied like toiletries, kitchen and laundry detergent etc so a trip to the supermarket is required. Free internet thankfully as TV has few appalling chanels in French only.
