Rented 2 rooms. One door we could barely open the other we couldn't get to close. T.V. in one room didn't work. You could see under the door. Staff was friendly.

I don’t know what I was expecting but this was terrible. There was no hot water, the phone to the front desk didn’t work, I got charged for a river view but got parking lot with drunk people all night, no working outlets in the room and no fridge to put my son’s milk in. Oh and there was a stain on the pillow. The only good thing I can say is the front desk was decently nice and the bed was fairly comfortable. There was a nice restaurant in the hotel part too.

Our key cards stopped working several times during our 7 day stay. Security was very prompt to let us in. Overall it was a nice stay.

The room was dirty, not sure when the last time the floors were scrubbed, you could see where stuff had been spilled and dried on the floor. My socks were black on the bottom from walking on the floors. I spilled a little water on the floor took a towel to wipe it up the towel was black from the dirt also. I used the guide button on the tv, tv froze up, they came to check out tv said, you can’t use guide button or tv freezes up. We had a pair of curtains in the window which one side was 6 inches longer than the other.

Cheapest rooms in town! No hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave OR coffee pot. We had the top floor and it was quiet. The beds were comfy. The room was clean but dated. There were tile floors so that was good. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy here!!

Checking in and out was super easy and every staff member that helped us was amazing! I learned that they have wristbands for beach access for hotel guest only. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Definitely coning back.

Definitely not a high choice of hotels. We’ve stayed in Laughlin numerous times and this one is super run down and no privacy, you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you

My recent check-in experience at the Pioneer Casino in Laughlin was one of the most frustrating and unpleasant encounters I’ve ever had at a hotel. The front desk staff, particularly the woman assisting me, was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and dismissive throughout the entire process. Despite having a reservation, they claimed they couldn’t find it in their system and made no effort to resolve the issue promptly. Instead, they called Hotels.com and insisted I wait until the reservation was updated in their system. Rather than taking ownership of the situation, they acted as though I had done something wrong. Their attitude made an already stressful situation much worse. After finally resolving the issue, I was told I had to get back in line, adding insult to injury. The lack of empathy, basic customer service, and professionalism was appalling. It felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a guest. This experience set a sour tone for my stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone based on how poorly they treat their customers. It’s clear there’s a need for training in customer service and problem resolution. Very disappointing.

checked in early with no problem gentlemen who helped me was great. room had comfortable king bed hot water was instant which was great. lunch at Bumble Berry's was great and grabbed a delicious pizza at River Ricks Pizza.

Remodeled rooms... But with inexpensive materials. The rooms are completely separate from the casino which is a little strange. It's fine for a friends get together, but I wouldn't bring my small kids.

For the price it’s good. However, my room did not have a microwave or fridge in it. That was a bigger inconvenience than I was expecting after a few days. The restaurant is average and a little pricey. The casino does not have a live dealer games, video games only.

Check in gave brief description of room location, scribbled room number on card holder, undoubtedly looked like 763. Room doesn’t exist. Called front desk was told he thought I looked bright enough to figure it out. Thought he was bright enough to write the room number clearly and correctly..

Dirty, nasty, hair all over. They don't clean rooms very good. I watched the housekeeper clean the room. OMG SHE MAID THE BED WITH ALL THE SAME BEDDING THAT WAS USED. THE BEDDING ON ONE BED ALREADY LOOKED LIKE IT WAS DRAGGED ON THE DIRTY GROWNED. right where they fold the bedding is where it was black. Hair all over. Dirty. There was a knife in the drawer. It will not let me load pics.

We stay here frequently. The hotel is priced right and is very close drive to Lake Mojave. We stay two to five days at a time. The hotel is older but we love the ease of parking with trailers and guards for your vehicles and boats. Restaurants on site or close by. Beds are convertible and the rooms are clean.
