Good…..tried to OVERCHARGE me when Booking.com already quoted prices

Close to River, smaller so easy close walks to restaurants in facility. Close to parking lot

My AC was not working well….SAME ISSUE AS LAST TIME I STAYED THERE

Filthy room

The room was dirty. I could write in the dust on every surface. There were chips all over the carpet. Trash on the bathroom floor. Hair all over the shower. The sink was clogged. The refrigerator did not work at all. The clock did not work. The casino was so smokey it burned my eyes.

Decent, but was below my expectations.

The casino, the free play I got for signing up for a card, my breakfast at claim jumper. My rooms location.

The AC did not work in my room, when I checked in my shower did not have a shower curtain, I had to ask the housekeeper down the hallway for one. Also could not buy any water at 7:30am in the building. The vending machine wouldn’t work and the gift shop was closed. Water pressure was also poor.

Property served its purpose, most likely will stay elsewhere when visiting Laughlin.

Some staff wasn’t the friendliness, seemed inconvenienced when asked questions. Surprised that property wasn’t prepared for March Madness. No giveaways, food, or special events in the lounge. It took a manager to get the TVs on the right channels. Cocktail waitresses did a great job managing all of the tables in the lounge. I think I had 4 room checks between 8a-10a for check out. Seemed excessive and made me feel like get out!

Superb

Good location.Very comfortable bed.Loved the restaurants and lounging areas.Excellent valet service.

Toilet low in bathroom, difficult for older customers. Very little space for Non Smoking guest.Too much smoke in the casino playing areas.People we're smoking in the non smoking areas.

Staff was rude, the room ac wasn't working properly,room was so hot we didnt even want to be in the room ,wasn't dusted or vacuumed,the bathroom floor was so dirty my socks were black, I called front desk and the lady was rude to me because I wanted to cancel , I will not stay again,I asked for Courtside view of river and pool, didnt get it
