For the price we paid, it was worth it. I liked the bunk beds for our kids as they always fight if they sleep in the same bed. We were walking distance to everything. The room was comfortable, running the AC we didn’t hear any outside noise and it was a busy Saturday night. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but it seemed nice enough. Don’t expect it to be a Hampton inn cause that’s not what they advertise. It’s your average beach motel. I would consider staying here again.

This is an older property, but very well kept/maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful - easy check in. Great location, pool was nice. Only two issues - no shelves or hooks at all in the closet area. Just one towel rack in the bathroom - nothing else available. Also - air conditioner was just too loud to keep running overnight, and the window doesn't open - so if we were staying longer than one night, this could have been a problem.

The room was okay and was comparable to most other hotels in Hampton Beach. You could hear the neighbors on all sides. The fridge and microwave were nice to have.

Easy check-in, check-out. New furniture & mattresses. Kids loved the bunk beds. Not spacious or luxurious, but affordably suited for a trip where we spent most of our time out and about and just needed a place to sleep.

Had a great family vacation and will be back again! Very accommodating, clean and helpful. The pool was a highlight for my kids! Clean and open. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Felt like a community other vacationers were friendly, considerate and community oriented. Quiet , peaceful awesome location and price. We even extended our stay and extra night. Loved it! Highly recommend staying at the Regal Inn for family friendly atmosphere. There were two grills a hot tub and a clean pool. No trouble finding parking we went on the weekday though too. We will be back!

The staff and management were great. I came up here with all seven grandchildren my sister and my mom. We had a wonderful time. It was very kid friendly beautiful pool nice clean grills to cook on. We’re here for four nights and five days and had a wonderful time thank you to the regal and for our experience Here up at Hampton Beach you guys were awesome

Very clean for what it was. Friendly staff. Beds were entirely too squeaky and the pillows were so thin I needed to put my backpack under it to be able to sleep at all. Also deadbolt didn’t actually bolt into anything so it was pointless. Fine to stay a night.

they said i didn't have a room and my next door neighbors room had the same problem.... weird.... but then i suddenly got a room !!! it was very humid in the room even with the ac. also, need regular bed pillows!

We had a hard time finding parking that wasn’t $40-$60 in the area so they allowed us to do early check in for an extra $30 and got to park on property! Easy walking distance to the beach. Room and property was clean. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus for my son.

Please consider washing the top bedding and provided two sets of pillows again with fresh pillowcases. Ours had blood on it near the bottom and the office was closed so we were not able to request a new one.

This was my second time staying at the Regal Inn and I enjoy it there. Both times I was in a corner room on the 3rd floor and it was a bit noisy when the bars closed at 1am but other than that it was fine. Bed could be a bit softer but that's just me I guess. The people who run it are very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The regal had comfy beds and was clean and the lady that checked us in was nice. It was a little hard to hear her as she was behind a plastic window. probably left over from Covid. the pool is a little rough around edges but was clean and big. I would stay here again.

Upon arriving “13 minutes early” (as was told to me by the receptionist), I was not allowed to check-in. Once arriving in my room, a terrible smell was coming out of the air conditioner; the filter had not been cleaned in a long time (see before & after I cleaned it photos below). The king sized bed had 3 pillows not 4. Too bad I wasn’t allowed a few minutes early check-in as it took me 15 minutes to clean the air conditioner filter.

I was a little skeptical when I pulled up. Honestly the place looked kinda sketchy but I went for it and the inside of the rooms were very clean and perfect for our one night stay. It was nothing fancy but did the job. I didn’t go in the pool, but it looked nice and clean and would have gone if the weather was better. The walls are very thin and you could hear people plain as day coming and going but again overall, the room was better than expected and the bathroom was spotless!!!!

We paid for later checkout, we had the front desk texting us at 12pm that we weren't out yet but we paid for check out time for 1pm. They went into our room and left it unlocked AND open for anyone to come and take our stuff. Also, we chose the king bed option, it's not a king bed. It's a king bed frame with a smaller bed in it.

I always stay here when I come up to Hampton, as the location is perfect for other businesses within walking distance. Just a little upset that the pool wasn’t heated and no coffee was available in the morning

The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small as was the bathroom, need more lighting in both. The cleanliness was excellent, the location was two easy block walks to the beach. Price was good, it fit our needs and we had a nice get away. Only complaint, road noise is really bad at times.
