Great stay and convenient location.
2.5
In town for one night. It was good for an over night stay as well as a longer stay. It was in a convenient location and a short drive to the event we were attending.
2.5
It was nice considering it hasn't had renovations in 20 years, but it was nice and clean, it will be great once the upgrades are finished that the girl at the service desk mentioned, but it's in a really great area.

Everything was smooth from the check in to the check out

Outdated and not in the safest area. Great staff though!

The t.v. in the room kept glitzing. Made watching t.tv. very hard.

For the price it was to high, hotel to dirty, tile at the bathroom unsafe, carpet smells bad, I’m not recommending this hotel.

The staff was friendly and polite. They did a great job of keeping things refreshed. It's not far from entertainment and restaurants.

Front desk lady greeted me with a smile. Hotel seems dated. Rust spots in the tub. TV remote batteries were dead. Phone didn’t work. Toilet had a flushing issue but got resolved. The front desk lady was the only worker on site. I felt like I needed to help her so I grabbed extra towels from downstairs so she didn’t have to bring them to the room. Through it all, she was very polite and eager to help as best she could. The lack of attention to the facilities isn’t her fault so getting upset with her would have been pointless.
We made the best of it and will survive just fine. Always be kind!

We have stayed at this property several times in the past and it was fine but this time there were issues. We have noticed that the hotel is starting to look run down. The room had a strange smell that even air freshener didn’t help remove. The drapes had holes in them so we couldn’t keep sunlight out. There was a used condom wrapper in the 1st drawer of the dresser. Gross! The safe was locked up. We called the front desk the first night, no answer. We stopped by the front desk to tell them the next day and they said they would “try to get someone up to unlock it”. It never happened. The ice maker on our floor didn’t work so we had to go down to the lower floor to get ice. The tiny single cup coffee bag they supplied in the room was awful. As the hot water came out it had no color even though it was passing through the coffee bag. I put the bag into my cup like you would do with a tea bag and it didn’t help. After being out the first evening, we had to park in the back of the hotel, which isn’t a problem but our room key didn’t work to open the door so we had to walk around to the front of the building to get in. Unfortunately, this stay was not a good experience for us and we will most likely select another location next time. This is sad to us because we were one of the first customers to stay at this hotel when it first opened and that was not very long ago.

Will go back next time in Bossier City.

Smooth stay.

Only one block or so from a not so safe neighborhood. Otherwise you could feel comfortable walking to the Bossier Downtown area with fun restaurants, shops, brewery, axe throwing, etc. if it weren't for that neighborhood.

Ice machine on my floor was broken
But everything else was wonderful

I felt the room was about average. Decent. Nothing particularly special about it. Seemed clean, but nothing outstanding. Staff were very nice. Continental breakfast was ok, but nothing really outstanding or notable. Was fine for what I was looking for - just a place to sleep, as I spent most of my time visiting with a sick family member.

We were here for the Harlem Globetrotters event. It was very entertaining.

I like this hotel but it's dated and not as clean as it used to be. Can stand some updating. The front desk is always very friendly
4.0
My room was spacious and comfortable. While some things like the carpet could use updating, the room was serviceable and convenient to the city. Staff was very polite and helpful to me. Uber would not schedule advanced pickup from the hotel, but Lyft would.

Not bad, the area around the property was sketchy, the hotel needs some freshening up, but all in all it was very decent. Comfy bed, nice tv, shower was good.

First impressions are lasting ones. As soon as we entered the lobby, 2 smiling front desk staff greeted us with a warm hello and welcome. Lakeel, who proceeded arrival was friendly, accommodating and offered some dining suggestions. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

Location=Hard to find.
Favorable Late check-in option.

Lakely Little was unprofessional and rude when it came down to services. She is not a person that needs to be at a front desk. The housekeeping members was very rude as well. Basically rushing us to find out when we were checking out.

This hotel is an excellent get away, located within 5 minutes of all casinos, and a couple of blocks away from the interstate. We had a issue with the television, which was changed out within five minutes.
