Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Do wish it had a coffee shop, or just a restaurant.

My husband and I enjoyed a night away from home. We had a wonderful time. Loved the room, food and entertainment.

Smelled of smoke, very noisy and needed cleaning.

At check in I was told I’d reserved a king room when I had actually reserved 2 queen beds. I was told they did not have any more double queen rooms available but when I checked their website, they had a few queen rooms still available.

I really enjoyed my stay at Your hotel and casino it’s a beautiful place, nice and clean, good food and drinks. My only complaint is checking in. There was a young African-American female that was just downright rude and disrespectful. She was kinda young and petite. I believe with a nose piercing in the middle of her nose. Her attitude was enough to not make me wanna come back. Other than that, I would keep coming back.

We stayed here for one night after our wedding. When we got to our room at about 9:40pm, we were unable to get anyone to answer the room service or front desk line and ended up having to ask a family member to bring us something to eat. The next morning when checking out, the woman at the front desk was quite rude and seemed annoyed that she had to check us out. The room was nice enough but certainly not worth $240+ a night. Probably won't choose Horseshoe again.

Check-in was easy and friendly, beds were really comfortable, best we’ve had than other places, soaking tub was wonderful! My husband said games were a great variety and laid back atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

“Overall, our stay at the horseshoe was very enjoyable, and I’d give it a solid 4.5 stars! The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and top-notch amenities. The staff was friendly and eager to help, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.
That said, there were a couple of minor issues. We experienced a bit of a wait when trying to order drinks while the drinks were excellent, it would have been nice if service was a bit quicker. Additionally, we noticed a few people in the area who made us feel slightly uneasy especially in the evenings.
Still, these were minor inconveniences, and we enjoyed our stay overall. With a little improvement in service speed and perhaps some enhanced security around the property, this hotel would be perfect!”

Did not have a coffee maker in the room and charged a resort fee but the pool area was closed.

Had a great stay at the Horseshoe Bossier City. Service was good, room was clean, and the property had a lot to offer for a Saturday night. The new Caesar’s Sportsbook was top notch, and the band playing outside the casino elevated the vibes. 5/5

There are NO benches or seats for anyone to sit from the lobby all the way down to the casino. I am 72 and there was a woman with a cane walking in front of me and we both made the same observation. Also, there are no coffee makers in the rooms. So, I had to go down to the lobby to find a restaurant for breakfast. There was only ONE of many restaurants open at all. Lastly, the "non-smoking" room with a river view smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as I opened the door. The front desk wasn't answering the phone, so I had to go back down to the lobby to get them to do something about it. I thought this was a 4-star hotel. It, indeed, is NOT.

Checkin was slow due to people not pre-booking their room.
All guest staff was super helpful and friendly.
I always enjoy my stay here.
Rooms could be cleaned better…but, it’s not a deal breaker.

We had to fix the toilet it wouldn’t flush. Called twice to the service desk and no one ever helped me ended up my boyfriend fixed it.

We arrived 15 minutes before check in time. Wanted to check in early. We had plans and didnt want to be late. I was informed if we checked in early there would be a $10 charge. I quickly changed my mind. I didn't even want to go to the room. I just needed the key, so we could go straight to our room and avoid the crowd when we returned to the hotel later that evening.

Customer service was not eager to service, no microwave in room, no comforter only 2 sheets, no extra roll of toilet paper, lights barely worked, no hot water in room

Very noisy. Sounded like someone was vacuuming. Called the front desk but no one answered. Then called housekeeping and she said that she would check with maintenance. Never heard back.
The bed was very lumpy!

Great location....Everything was fine. Except for the exception of the pool not allowing children. What else are the supposed to do...Also, there are no Breakfast options....1 place with only 4 things on the menu to choose from. They definitely need something to offer guests breakfast wise.

Last stop on a 3-week road trip; comfy and luxurious at a very reasonable price. Excellent meal at the seafood restaurant; a little play in the casino (came home with some winnings); luxurious, spacious room.

The overall look of the property is dated. The bed was comfortable but the room had no coffee maker. The prices for food and drinks were high. Needs a facelift. Been a long time since my last stay and to me it was much more luxurious at that time.

Stayed in this hotel as I was having some medical tests in the area. Tried checking in at 2;50pm and was told check in was at 3pm and if I wanted to check in now, there would vr a $10 early check in fee. What????
Other than that experience, the stay was good. Room service only if asked, but they were prompt to bring towels, blankets, etc. we were disappointed the pool was closed as the weather was perfect for it. Also some restaurants aren’t open during the week. Also no coffee pot or microwave in room. Room was clean. View was great. Other staff that we encountered were professional and nice. Would stay again.

The check in was quick although we werent told where our room was. The room was large and clean but when we used the shower the water was cold at best warm cold that is why the 3 star rating

Was a ghost town. Forced to pay a resort fee but no pool was open till weekend. Specifically told on check in that pool was open. No water pressure in shower and minimal hot water. Also strange policy about wifi usage- only two devices allowed to sign in (can’t sign out to use something else or they will charge you). Few restaurants open.

The smell of smoke was awful. But, I should have thought about it being a casino, and everyone smoking! Stains on carpet in room.
5.0 / 10.0
Beautiful hotel on the river conveniently located within in walking distance of other casinos and wonderful restaurants.
3.0 / 10.0
A little disappointed with the lack of room amenities (no in room coffee, no facilities guide, linens/towels felt warn), no housekeeping as well as the resort fee given the small exercise room with limited equipment and sauna was locked/in-operable. If you want to charge a "resort fee" you should provide a resort experience.

We enjoyed our stay. We hadn’t been in a few years and didn’t realize the buffet is no longer ever since Covid. We ate in the burger cafe and the food was good. We won a little. Felt safe parking in the garage at night.
