My reservation clearly stated check in time was at 3:00 the person at the front desk refused to check me in. I was told I had to wait until 4:00. I watched other guests check in. I showed the confirmation stating a 3:00 check in and asked for a manager. I was told no manager was available. I was finally allowed to check in at 3:25 after giving up my king size reservation for a queen even though I watched 3 other guest check into a king size room after my initial request to check in.

This is my second time staying at this Hotel and the ice machine doesn’t work on any of the floors.

Overall okay. Nothing special. Kind of expensive for what you got. Breakfast was not included and $16 buffet was terrible. Ordering off menu was an option but service was too slow. They need to get 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee or at least milk. Coffee was bad also.

Nice, clean hotel. Felt safe and well attended. A few inconveniences—new tv didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix it, no hand soap in bathroom, missing hand towels in bathroom. It was late when we arrived so after maintenance and to look at the tv, I didn’t bother calling for the items that the room was missing. I would stay there again.

The common area outside was very dated and dingy nothing like the pics maybe from when they first opened for the price of the room it was very minimal compared to other suites I have stayed in at lesser costing establishments

Ac was broken and froze up popped all night and rooms around us and above was so loud couldn’t sleep. Hear everything Very loud and sweated all night got to Ac pooping loud noise. Not the best stay

Loved the shuttle service! Had a wheelchair accessible room & loved the bathroom space. Needs better/peppier music around the bar area - classical is nice for elevators but light rock would be more ‘fun’ by the bar. Property is kept nicely inside & out.

Everything was nice, but we had a room that wasn't complete on bathroom repairs or remodeling. So we changed rooms. It was a little noisy because of remodeling, but it was understanding that business must go on to make it look nice.

Rating the different staff.
Night front staff. Poor quality and customer service. Charged me twice for the room even after I told them I paid for it through Expedia. Then the room once we got in had toe nails along bed frame and hair all on the floor. The cleanliness of the room for a Hilton brand and particularly the Garden inn hotel is subpar and sad excuse for the Hilton brand. Once I told the front staff about the toe nails and hair their concern was negligible and I was told someone would contact me tomorrow morning about the charges and the room. Truly a sad excuse for customer service.

I still have yet to hear from a manager and I am giving them a business day before calling. The Hilton brand says they guarantee you have a good stay or they will fix it. It was a poor experience overall and I hope they can make this right.
The breakfast staff was an absolute delight they greeted us and asked about our travel and overall were kind and caring.

Hotel was under construction for the lobby however, we never heard a sound. Everything was neatly done and kept to the side of rooms in the common space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service that was provided to and from the casinos was the best!

They don't tell you they are remodeling until you are checking in! No bar, no restaurant, no lobby. They add $25 to you bill for "amenities" which you will get back. The hotel smelled of paint and new carpet. I coughed all night long. The shower was filthy with years of grime in the grout. The ice machine didn't work. There was no AC in the hallways. The AC in the room struggled. The coffee service setup in the room was sad. Only two CoffeeMate creamers. They couldn't even stock half and half. And coffee and breakfast was in the connecting Homewood Suites with an upcharge. They won't even give you a cup of coffee. Worst Hilton Garden Inn experience ever for me. I always try and book them first. I paid for a hotel with a bar, restaurant and lobby. I would have been better off at Motel 6. It sure would have been cheaper.
