It was nice to park close to hotel but 15.50 to park for the night is ridiculous. After driving 2 hours we were a little tired and were told we could go straight to our room and my phone would serve as a room key. Nope, had to stand at front desk for 20 minutes instead and give info I had already given online. Finally made it to the room, it was clean but cold and the body wash dispenser was broke. So we had to take a shower with no soap. Went to make coffee and here were two creamers and two sugars. So I went without so I could have a cup in the morning. This is a reputable place where quality is essential and guests shouldn't have to ask for simple basic items. This was the first time my girlfriend and I went out of town together and I wanted it to be nice. It just wasn't what I expected for the money I paid.

Staff charming and helpful, location worked well, done good restaurants around. Clean hotel - did not use pool or gym but looked well appointed. Room spacious and had all you would need for longer than our 2 night stay.

The hotel was fine. I was surprised that the parking was not free as advertised. But t was the neighborhood that was deeply disturbing. Rampant drug use and homelessness in Eugene is taking its toll. We were informed by a local resident that the address of the hotel was among the worst in the city. I suppose big corporations don't do site visits to truly understand what they are advertising. Will not be back.

The staff ABSOLUTELY amazing! So friendly and caring!! The property is awesome. The rooms are over the top comfort and in the ways that count…great bed, great shower head, great air conditioning, great conveniences….including a dishwasher and actual plates and utensils. So very great!!

I would have given this hotel an excellent rating if not for the location. It is in an area that looks like they are trying to reclaim but it’s not there yet. Most of the restaurants in the area are bars so definitely not a family friendly area. You would have to drive somewhere else to find a nice restaurant. I would not stay there if I had children and you definitely need to be off the streets before dark. Unfortunate because this is a really nice, new hotel. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel but would not stay there again because of the location.

It take long time for shower with hot water. It take whole day to wait for someone clean the room but because of the long waiting i just ask the staff no need for coming. Just provide me extra clean towel which is fine. Other than that everything is good

Our room was not ready at check in time - we were almost out the door to go check into another hotel when we were given a room. No room services the entire 3 days we stayed there even though they claimed room service would be every other day. Will not be coming back here while my son is at UO

Nice, modern hotel. Good room. The overwhelning impression, however, was the check in. A world wide computer problem is not an excuse for rooms not being ready for occupancy at 5 pm. Computers don’t clean rooms. Staff does. A two and a half hour wait in a crowded reception resulted in a compensation of a bottle of water for each person. At breakfast they had one person servicing food and coffee to the buffet in a full restaurant. I am sorry but Home2 fails.

Wonderful hotel! The service was friendly and efficient! Definitely stay here again. The room was top notch. Full kitchen a bonus. Very soft pillows. Delightful stay. Convenience store down a block and a grocery store across the street.

I did not think the property was worth the price charged. We traveled all around the east coast and stayed in some very upscale hotels in large cities and did not pay this much anywhere. And to pay this price in Eugene OR was very disappointing. The area was also not very desireable. The TV's were not smart and we were unable to get the sports events we had been watching. The room was clean and the staff was great,

The bed linens were thin & felt cheap. The beds were really low and were just the mattress on a bed frame no box spring so this accounts for why they were so low. The pool was good, really warm which was lovely. There was paving of their parking lot going on so it severely limited parking which was frustrating.

The staff is so incredibly helpful and kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Only "complaint" is the wifi is a little tricky, but once again, the staff will do what they can to assist you. 12/10 place to stay

Well, my car was parked in the lot and was damaged in the back, as if somebody took a blunt object to the back hatch. What I would really like to see is whether there is footage of someone hitting it. The reason for this is if I can this as the cause, and it was, then it is a comp insurance claim and it will not impact my premium. The parking lot in back did not feel safe, and this is likely the same reason the door is locked on that side even with the front desk right there. Was not too pleased.

My room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect. My room was 2 queen bed with kitchenette. Safeway just a 1 mn away. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Super close to the University. Staff is super friendly. They also are pet friendly. So my GSD was able to stay with me.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Never had any problems with the free breakfast. Most hotels will stop restocking fresh food 15 mins before it shuts down, never experienced that here. The rooms are large and so much room available for tucking your things away and my partner and I both had plenty of room to work on our laptops.

Check in time was. We arrived at 3. We didn't get into our room until 6:30. We had a concert to go to at 7:30. The girl at the front desk was rude. We asked since we have to sit here for so long can they at least comp us something to eat or drink. Her response was there is stuff you can buy in the cooler.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. The management (without consulting me) "Upgraded" to a room with ONE bed. The lady at the counter did all she could, but the manager stated I should just use the pullout sofa. The REASON for this? The manager sold all the 2 bed rooms to a tournament and deleted my room, replacing it with a single bed room. NOT COOL
