When we got to our assigned room, the carpet was filthy with stains all over Eventually they gave us a clean room

I was given a key for another persons room, opened the door to be greated by a nude man. I backed up, went back to the front desk, they acted as if it was the norm. Horrible!

We slept so well! I love your beds. I want one. I'm serious. How can I get one? Breakfast gave us several options. Thank you. We didn't do anything other than sleep there. Just needed a bed after a family birthday party.

Stayed two nights. Attitude of breakfast crew could be improved. At breakfast on second morning the “hot” water was luke warm. When I asked for hot water I was told that’s how it is and to try heating it in the microwave. Really?? The first morning the water was hot. Why not the second morning? Bathroom had some mildew spots. Warning: Parking spaces are tight.

I stayed at your property on my way to Seattle and my visit back home. I loved the proximity to the shopping center at Oakway Center. The hotel was immaculate and the customer service from your staff at the front desk was A+

Well, on arrival, we noticed that the room we had booked that said it slept 5 (2 queens and a sofa bed), was actually just 2 queens. There was no cot option, so we were forced to rent an additional room with 2 queens. The staff were wonderful-and secured us the same rate. Apparently this happens often with online bookings-at this particular hotel. Call ahead!! Beds weren’t terribly comfy, but the linens were fine. The AC wasn’t working in the main building and hallways, so at 39c it was really stuffy. Also, the elevator is tiny and old. There are many unhoused people around, likely due to the quietness of the road behind the hotel, but no safety issues. Breakfast was adequate, fairly standard.

All staff we met were kind and welcoming. Everything was relatively clean except bathroom. Shower had someone’s hair all over it, stuck to walls. Definitely a mold issue of some sort. Kiddo pointed out black on ceiling and black grout, probably too much moisture with no automatic fan. Not a bad stop for just a quick trip. Kids loved the pool.

When we arrived at the hotel it was a bit of a wait getting checked into our room. Just over 30 minutes. The beds were comfortable and environment was quiet. The parks are nice to walk through in the morning. Cookies were good too!

We stayed long ago and the hotel was being remodeled. It is very nice. The area is nice as well. Can't ding you for the homeless prob as it is everywhere. The clerk was absent when we arrived and upon check out. She seems to disappear. When she did show up, she was not very friendly. Seemed like I inconvenienced her.

This is a very comfortable place to stay in a beautiful area near Alton Baker Park and trails along the river. The staff was very nice and efficient.
