I didn’t like a cigarettes smell that I fell on the 3rd floor. It was not so clean in the rooms.

Cons: -Terrible breakfast selection; nothing freshly made; Nothing to eat really; not even a coffee machine -Toilet seat was plastic and moved around -Shampoo but no shower gel -Not clean; dust everywhere; wallpaper ripping off -Strong uncomfortable bed -Staff could've been more friendly but they were okay -No lights in the corridor leading to the room; creepy -Couldn't breathe in the room; stuffy and poor air con -State of the shower Pro: Location to the airport Transportation (taxi and coach) nearby Overall horrible stay. Did not want to come back to the room when out.

Great location and friendly service. Tourist attractions, metro, restaurants, bank and supermarket are in close proximity. Feel very safe as a solo traveler. The property is very dated. The room size is decent but old carpet, ripped headboard, peeling wall paper and holes in the shower wall. Room cleaning probably sprayed the room to cover odor, it seems like male deodorant spray. Corridor light has sensors, so the corridor light is on one section at a time, could be scary. My room has a view of a solid wall, no visual relief. It is a budget hotel after all. Breakfast is limited. Had good bread, meze, cheese, some sweets. No coffee nor fruit. paint. Shower has miss

Never stay here. I experienced here allergic reaction in a hotel for the first time in my history of travels. I asked for a room for non smokers, but they provided me with one for smokers. The room was terribly dusty, the carpet was covered with different spots, and there was a large leak on the ceiling. We couldn't close the door to our room for the night, and when we got back from the breakfast it was open! Don't trust the photos they were made years ago. Now everything looks terribly used. There were spots of human semen on a puff! When I was struck with allergic reaction at night, I asked the manager to give me some medicine, but he refused. I asked to call an ambulance, but they offered to visit the pharmacy. I asked the manager to get the pill that is sold over-the-counter, but he told me that he doesn't know where the nearest pharmacy is, and it's my problem, so I should go by myself, traveling around the unfamiliar city at night by taxy. Finally, I asked him to provide me at least with some cotton so that I could close my nosethrills and eares and open the window. There were no cotton in their hotel, but he went outhside. Yes, he found the cotton. It was from a dirty bag ant it was already used. And here's the icing on the cake. The manager told me: "I have 80 NORMAL people in the hotel and only you have problems".

Staying in this hotel it was my worst experience in any hotel ever this hotel is rundown have no hot water for three days and when the hot water show up it was warm I had to exercise before I take tshower because it was too cold and they would not admit the problem for the first day and second they say yeah we fixing it but you should have it by tomorrow that’s what I already three days the west my vacation and I’m not making this up please look at the picture it is really rundown Bath towel so worn out sheets is torn up. pathetic good luck

Nice neat hotel in a good location. Close to main railway station - way to the airport and many other places on the coast. In walking distance (10 min to the historical place). Very reasonable price and warm personnel.

This was very much a mid-range business hotel with unfulfilled aspirations of something grander. On the positive side, my room was adequate and comfortable; I slept well and enjoyed a good shower to wake up each morning. But sadly the location wasn't great; the reception was unwelcoming and ill-equipped to deal even with basic questions in a foreign language; the decor was weirdly inconsistent; breakfast was unexciting and served in a room with no soul; and the staff had an attitude of indifference. Altogether a disappointingly average, bland and depressing hotel, to which I will not be returning.

Wi-fi is working OK in Madi. In other Izmir hotels wi-fi can be a big problem. Central location, but in a quiet side street, windows face the backyard. Good shampoo. Some tea, coffee and 1 bottle are of water for free. Walls, room and carpet without stains. Room 704, on 7th floor. Serious problem was rfid-card from the room that could suddenly stop working. It was necessary to knock on the door mechanism. And the latch in the door could not be closed. Air-condition was working very good, no bad smell in the room: that could also be a great problem in hotels nearby. When ou sit at writing desk, power cable from fridge and socket are lying right under your feet which may be dangerous. Not much space in the room and you should constantly think of sharp edges of furniture you may suddenly hit.

Local area was not comfortable, hotel was not 4 stars as claimed it was 3 stars, lobby and restaurant was not clean, breakfast was very pool and has little of each item, I do not recommend, bad value for money.

The hotel is good overall. Breakfast is not good. Water is cold and you need to leave the tab open for 5 to 10 minutes till hot water comes. Customer service was excellent, hotel location is very good.

Our reservation confirmed and fully charged by expedia but when we reach to hotel they said they already sold the room and no room available!!! We are still waiting for refund but no one is care about it
